They were OK. I had to call back a few times but they came out and did what they needed to do. The shingles weren't quite the same color, but I didn't have a problem with them.

The job went very well. The guys effortlessly got me a quick quote and after getting multiple quotes, they were right in line price-wise. Brian, the field organizer was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and confident in what they were tasked to do. I was up against a deadline, and needed the roof done in a timely manner. Brian and the guys made it happen and quality was not sacrificed. Once I picked out the shingle, the materials were on my roof a day later. The crew showed up a few days after that (slowed by rain). Once the crew was on the job the tear off of the old roof went very fast, and the guys did a good job keeping my yard clean from debris the best they could. The new shingles went up quickly along with the flat roof material. The job passed inspection with flying colors, looks great, and we could not be happier. I'd recommend them to others.

the job went very well. very responsive, and a quicker turn around than we were expecting, although hoping for. they fixed the leaking all along the seams on the lanai, which is exactly what we requested.

Kennedy Construction did an outstanding roof repair job. At first I was quite skeptical with deciding to have them do the roof repair after I had read some of the reviews on Angie’s List. When I first contacted ther company I had read rave reviews on the online site, HomeAdvisors. But, as many consumers do, I went to Angie’sList to see if they were listed and read the reviews there as well. Much to my surprise, I was confronted with very contradicting information. So I sent an email indicating I was no longer interested in having the company come do the work for me. The very next day I received a phone call from their office inquiring in why I cancelled my appointment. It was at that time I learned of the circumstances of how the reviews on Angie’s List suddenly changed over the last few months. It was due to an Angie’s List Big Deal that had been misunderstood by the consumers. They asked that I at least give them a chance to give me an estimate. The description of the repair needed was in simple terms and a sketch that I could understand. They also provided me with a satellite picture that allowed me to see the actual roof area that was causing the leak and explained the circumstances of why there was one. I was presented with two choices for fixing the leak and I chose the more costly and time consuming one simply because I felt it may save me money later on. I was assured that once the necessary building permit was obtained, their men would be on the job. I was contacted shortly afterwards to let me know the work was going to begin. The production manager even caught on that the wrong color shingles were bought, and had the men trade them out for the right color before they began. Once the work was completed I received a text message with pictures attached showing me the repair. I felt I was treated with the upmost respect throughout the repair job.

He came over and gave me an estimate for a new roof, and he told me that the repairs that I needed for now would cost $1200. They have been excellent so far. He explained everything in detail.

They said that I would need a new roof for $16000.

I purchased a roof maintenance coupon from Kennedy Construction Groups LLC for my approximately 10 year old roof. The coupon stated the following work would be done: "Package includes: a roof inspection, minor roof repairs, caulking exposed nail heads on flashing, resealing around any unsealed pipe collars, exhaust fans, vents, and chimney flashing up to four penetrations, and any other general maintenance. Checking for interior leaks that may not be noticeable from the exterior of your home. Providing photos of other areas in need of repair and a summary report on any potential plan of action (if needed)." After purchasing the coupon I received a phone call from Kennedy Construction Groups LLC in a very timely manner. I thought the appointment was for this company to come and do some maintenance on my roof. The reality is that a company roof salesman, who was very professional and polite, arrived and after looking at my roof told me that my 10 year old roof should be replaced. When I inquired if he was going to do some maintenance on my roof under the coupon I purchased, he told me that I would have to make another appointment with the company. I was told the company would call me the next day. When that did not happen I emailed both the salesman and his company regarding the maintenance that should be done under the coupon and that I needed to schedule an appointment. No response. I sent the email again to both the salesman and the company. No response. Finally, I called the company and was told that past Angie's List members who bought coupons had expected too much under the coupons in the past and so they were not doing coupons any longer. I was also told that I would receive a call back shortly regarding whether the company would do the work in my case or get me a refund. Never heard from this company again. I have put in my request to have my money refunded with Angie's List. My recommendation to all Angie's List members is to not hire this company.

It did not "go" at all!

Called the roofer and they were going to make an appointment. Nobody showed up and my roof is still leaking.

Kennedy said they did not get the $99 from Angie's list. They said it would cost them at least $300 to pull permits and that any work done could run upwards of $500 so I should be ready for extra costs. I told them not to bother coming.

Representative arrived, placed the ladder against the gutter in one area, climbed the ladder and looked at the roof from the ladder, told me the problem with my roof and gave me an estimate of $1300.00 without getting on the roof. Called the company, spoke with the branch mgr who told me that they already have a detailed picture of my roof, can see the shingles and the measurements and can determine what is needed from this picture, no doubt from a satellite. I have chosen not to do any work on the roof at this time and request a refund. The original appt time was 10-12pm, he arrived at 2:30pm after 2-3 phone calls.

Kennedy Construction informed me that they would not offer to do any of the work if after surveying the roof, there were more repairs needed. I told them that all I wanted was for them to seal the chimney up to 4 layers as indicated by the BIg Deal. From there, I was open for an estimate of future repairs. I am a rehabber and $99 doesnt get you much but I didnt want to pay for an estimate. Last time I bought a similar roof deal, no work was done. I have since asked for a refund.

They came over and did a quote for new roof. There was no roof tune-up.

He was hours late, and once he got here he went on the roof for under 5 minutes . I was told that I needed a new roof. I had three other companies come out for the same estimation. My roof needs to replaced IN TIME. I have at least a year with a few minor repairs. The few minor repairs is why I had Kennedy come out. I chose to go with a different company.

The provider was very responsive by phone, they were able to work with my schedule and the inspector even came when it rained to let me know he could not go on the roof but would be happy to come out at my discretion. He was able to reassure me that my regular roof was still in very good shape but the back porch roof was in immediate need of repair. He discussed every thing with me and even helped connect me with a credit union where I was able to get financing. Everyone that I spoke and met were very professional and courteous to me. I always felt like they had my best interests at heart, I would use them again.

Kennedy agreed to the offer as it was written, which was an inspection and minor repair. They then called me to tell me that pulling permits would cost $300 alone. Not to mention that if they found anything wrong, it could cost upward of $500. Definitely don't recommend them to anyone. I am a first-time Angie's List user. This does not instill confidence in me.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they did an excellent job. They came out the next day after we called them. The guy also went around my roof and touched up some other things that needed to be done. We had gotten an estimate from another group and they said they would have to redo the whole roof. So we called these guys out and they said our roof looks good and that we had another 10 years left in it. They were very knowledgeable and did a good job. This was the first time I used this company and I had no issues after they did the work. I can't argue with their price and their responsiveness was very good.

Very smooth and timely.No problems. The work was satisfactory the people professional.

Angie's List has refunded me and I am now satisfied.

Kennedy Construction, their foreman, supervisors, employees and crews are nothing but pure professionals. I can't speak enough how they put up with me. I was a tough customer and they came through with flying colors as far as I'm concerned. They would not let me go away until I was completely satisfied with with the work performed and their Company's excellence. Well I was very much satisfied with both. I would highly recommend them for future projects and to anyone that is looking for true professionalism.

They were very professional and great salesman. They came out on time, told me about what they could do and spent a lot of time showing me their product. We just decided not to go forward with their proposal at this time. So no work was done.

Roof Repair -- arrived promptly and located the leak -- then tried to persuade me to purchase new roof, which I was not interested in. Then gave me a proposal for $1500 to make repair and I told him I would be getting other estimates. Obtained the name of another licensed roofer from my friend who has very good contacts and good information, and that roofer looked at roof, determined problem and proposed $750 (half -- he didn't know about Kennedy Construction proposal) with one year warranty, which I promptly accepted, so I did not use Kennedy Construction -- too pricey!

My experience with them was excellent. They were very through, did what they said they'd going to do, and they did on time.

They were there much sooner than I expected and completed the job in a few days. All employees were very respectful and courteous. I now have the nicest roof in my neighborhood. I love it! :)

They were very nice. They quoted us for $12,000 and the company we went with did it for $9,700. It was him and his son, he was very professional, and he was very fast to answer the phone call.
