Description of Work: Replaced roof. Left container of garbage for me to enjoy for the holiday weekend. Nails left on ground. Stopped payment of final amount. They showed up and finished the work.Were WEEKS late starting the work. Mailed final payment. Do not communicate well.Really nice crew. Work was done to my satisfaction. Think intention are good but have problems scheduling.

Description of Work: Gave an estimate of 10,000.00 to new roof on house and shed. After tearing |everything down said it would cost 5,000.00 more. They did give the highest |appraisal of all 4 roofing companies called. But went with them because of |materials to be used and warranty given. Did not take more than 2 days to |complete the work. They did not give any Angie's list discounts even when I saw it on their page here.

Description of Work: The service was to be an inspection of the roof with minor repairs. During scheduling they informed me my brother who is the homeowner would need to be here. As he lives in Connecticut this was not possible. I was assured they would work it out, gave them my brother's contact information and was told they would be here on a Saturday between 12-2 pm. The day of service I had laryngitis and asked we text our contact. My brother was also contacted. In the end they never showed up, did not inform me they would not, did not respond to me asking them, and told my brother it would be $7500. How did they do this without coming out? By satellite. Contacting the office for a refund I was left a message stating my brother said he did not want to put any money into the roof. As my roof has been replaced that is not true nor did he say that. He asked for a written estimate and it was never provided. The message also said they had been trying to contact me by phone (one message). They did not have the courtesy to contact me when I was expecting them, they know they did not perform the service, a refund with no further contact would be appropriate. The woman in the office was polite, the contractor scheduled was not and appears to be less than forthright in what he is reporting to her. The roof was replaced at a higher cost than their guestamate by a company that showed up and provided a written estimate.

Description of Work: The described service was not performed. When I expressed this to the man who came out, I was told that they only do what is described "if they think it is needed". When I talked to the manager, he said he would personally come out and perform all services... That was the last I heard from them and no return on 2 calls. I am extremely disappointed, in both the company for the lack of service, and Angie's list for aligning themselves with this company.
