Description of Work: Miss Gale and her husband came to the rescue when another grout pro did not do the job correctly. My shower stall (brand new) needed to be sealed. The other guy did a clear seal which looked horrible. Miss Gale and her husband, who are well-known in Neal Communities for their excellent work, came in and stained the grout. It went from looking horrible to gorgeous! Thank you Miss Gale for saving the day.

 + -1 moreThey were wonderful, responsive, respectful, professional, trustworthy, and at the end I had a floor that looked brand new. Better than brand new since I liked my new grout color more than the original. If every professional service went like this project, I would probably do a lot more projects! If only Gale and Bill did anything and everything with home maintenance, I would have them on speed dial!
Description of Work: Gale and Bill cleaned and fixed/recolored all of the grout in my home - all 4,000 sq feet of nothing but tile!

Description of Work: Recently built a home. Apparently the builder doesn't seal the grout and we have a LOT of tile in our home. Gale sealed the grout between all floor tiles, shower tiles and backsplash. She also sealed all of our granite countertops. She guarantees her work. She was a pleasure to work with and really knows her business.

 + 1 moreGale arrived at the time she said she would be at our home. She brought all of her own equipment and was ready to get the job done when she got here. She explained exactly what she would be doing before she began her work. We have about 1184 square feet of tile and she was able to stain and seal all of it plus the shower walls in about 8 hours, spread over two afternoons. She was very meticulous and cleaned up after herself. We did help by moving the furniture for her when needed. Gale's work is guaranteed for life and if there is ever a problem, all we have to do is give her a call and she will come over and correct the issue. She also offers a tile cleaning service, but we did not have a need for that at this time. I would definitely recommend Gale to anyone who is in need of a 'grout facelift'!
Description of Work: The grout color on the floor was inconsistent in my new home. The builder contacted the flooring company who came out to investigate. After assessing the floor, they told me that the best way to correct the grout was to have it stained by Gale Bowen from Got A Lotta Energy, LLC. Gales process not only stains the grout but it also seals it at the same time. This work was paid for by the flooring company. While Gale was at our home, we arranged to have the master shower sealed and the guest shower stained and sealed. The two rooms were only $65.
