David did a great job on our large kitchen floor. He was very careful to seal off the rest of the home from dust, repaired some minor problems in some of the existing wood, and gave us a spectacular new finish. He was prompt, friendly, and we think his price was a great value. We highly recommend him!

David did an amazing job repairing our existing hardwood floors throughout most of our apartment (living room, dining room, and 2 bedrooms) and then also a complete removal and installation of hardwood floors in our hallway. The duplex house we live in has been in our family for 3 generations and the hardwood floors in our apartment were the original white oak wood floors. They were very damaged by 3 generations of pets as well. We decided it was time to fix the apartment and got several quotes. When I spoke with David he was very knowledgeable and reasonably priced, so we decided to hire him. We’re so happy we did. He was able to retain and refurbish most of the original floor. He removed the parts that were too damaged from pets and wear and replaced those with new wood that matched our white oak. The hallway floor was not salvageable so it was completely removed and new floors were installed to closely match the original floor. David did an incredible job and our floors look beautiful. He even installed a border on one side of the living room to match the borders around the other sides. Everything is a custom fit and we really appreciated David’s care with our floors and home. We get compliments on the floors whenever friends and family are over.

Hi all, I really have to compliment David's work. He is a phenomenal contractor. I easily give him 5 stars and there are a few ways that he went above and beyond multiple occasions: 1. He gave me a reasonable quote that others couldn't beat in what he calls his "min price". This means he gets the whole job done under a fixed budget. He calculates based on his reasonable rate. This gives me PRICING PREDICTABILITY. He even visited for a free quote. 2. He does a fantastic job. David really knows what he's talking about. He is able to scan floors with an eye of multiple years (maybe decades) of experience. He knew immediately how previous contractors laid my floors and made sure to not repeat their mistakes, while also communicating them to me. He is really top notch. 3. He will go above and beyond. The process for me was basically give him the keys, then a week later, I came to basically new floors. He also helped give recommendations on how to fix other fix-ups on my house, and even detected a gas leak which I called PG&E for. If you are looking for a flooring guy, you will be lucky if you find David available. Thank you David!
