+ -1 moreResults were quick--no evidence of wasps after treatment. Roger was very friendly, responsive, and conscientious. Made sure we had all windows/doors closed due to safety concerns related to treatment. He also wanted to be sure we knew how to reach him if the treatment wasn't effective within the usual time frame. Very highly recommend this company for any pest issues!! Outstanding customer service.

Description of Work: We had Roger come to our home as we noticed bees in our gas fireplace this past summer/fall, but nothing since the cold weather. Roger explained the many ways they may have gotten in, but suggested we wait until the spring to see if the activity starts again. He didn't think there was a nest in the chiminey. No charge for this visit.

+ -1 moreWe had noticed some droppings on our house, so we figured it was bigger than a mouse. We never saw anything after that, so we never brought them in. They looked around our house to see where the animal might be coming in. They seemed to be very knowledgeable about pests.
Description of Work: I got a quote from them for checking out an animal issue.

+ -1 moreExcellent. Both Rogers are professional and personal. Our house has a crawl space and they crawl in and do what is needed. No complaints. I like working with them and will call each year to have them come.
Description of Work: Roger and his son Roger Jr., have come to our house each year to spray to keep carpenter ants away. They have done a fantastic job. They come within a week, and will come back at anytime to spray if ants are seen after the work is done. They have also gotten rid of a bee hive in our yard, and exterminated wasps which had gotten out of control.
