Appliance Liquidators Plus

If I could give this business a minus 10 stars, I would. Obviously the other reviewers didn't have a problem with the appliance they purchased. I was sold a defective refrigerator that couldn't regulate it's own temperature and froze everything in the refrigerator section. Lonny was called the day after delivery about the problem and for 4 days we couldn't even get a call back. When Lonnie did call back, his excuse was car problems. I mean come on, he has family that works for him. No one had a car he could use? Meanwhile, we are having to turn the refrigerator off and on manually off and on every 2 hours day and night. After waiting 8 days for Lonny, we finally called someone to repair it and notified Lonnie of this fact by voicemail. Got a nasty voicemail form Lonnie 11 days after reporting the problem that because I left so many voicemails he wouldn't be coming out to repair it and wouldn't be paying for someone else to fix it. So much for the 30 day warranty. Buyer beware. Like Share Add a photo Satellite

Claimed to fix a high end Miele Dishwasher. Dishwasher broke Friday night. Miele only lists this outfit as an approved repair company for our area. SOme lazy sounding slug answers phone on Saturday and they claim they can send someone out Monday which, naturally goes into Tuesday afternoon. Tech pulls everything apart and claims it was a 1 tablespoon size cube of citric acid clogging it [I throw a cup of citric in to break down any soap build up.] I tell him it was ALREADY not working before I put citric in. He maintains that was all it was. I tell him Easter is almost here and I have family flying in - and please fix it. He tells me it was fixed. This evening, my first time really running it--I was right, same error message and of course, no one around at "Appliance Liquidators" in Palmetto. I think it is FAR WORSE to pay someone to come over who does not know how to fix crap because you are paying them to waste your time. And I pointed out twice I did not think it was fixed and to please stay and really fix it. He did not.
