Chris was the technician assigned to inspect my air conditioning/heating system. He was unbelievably thorough. He kept me informed during his inspection of the system and took photos. I have never met a more knowledgeable or thorough technician. Since I am new to Bradenton, Anthony's will definitely be my company to call, I am so very impressed.

Our a/c died on Saturday night. We called first thing Monday morning, a technician came to our home and went over our options that afternoon. We had an entire new a/c system installed on Tuesday. The technicians (David C, Colin S, Ted G and Doug) were all very professional, personable, knowledgeable and explained everything in detail to our satisfaction. Anthony's has also installed two a/c systems in our restaurant. I can't imagine any other a/c business topping their service and product quality and would recommend them to anyone. After cleaning the AC unit, they took a look at a low-temperature issue and added 1lb of Freon per our request. Instead, they added 8lbs which after 1lb would indicate a system with a leak as the AC is a closed system and should not be low unless there is a leak. Now due to their incompetency, I a being billed for an additional 8lbs of Freon they added to a system that had an obvious leak. I would not hire them again since they were rude and unwilling to admit their mistake. Adding Freon to a system with an obvious leak is unethical and perhaps violates federal law by releasing Freon into the air which they did by adding Freon to a system with a leak.

I wouldn't use anyone else.
