Honestly, with Anthony's, there is more preventative maintenance than an urgent service calls. Today was an urgent service call when the A/C failed. Frank arrived promptly and addressed the issue with a professional demeanor. He located the problem and it was summarily resolved. Frank is a cool guy and thanks to him, so am I. I am a long-time customer of Anthony's as a result of superior products and service. Thank you Frank and thank you Anthony's!

My A/C stopped working on 6/27/2020. The technician Nick replaced the blowers capacitor and the A/C started working again. Nick did a great job. He was professional and courteous. I have no complaint against him but all praises. The problem is the new capacitor only lasted 10 days. On 7/8/2020, the A/C stopped working again. It was the blower capacitor again. This time I have an identical spare capacitor. I replaced it with a new one and the A/C worked fine again. Good thing I did not trust the last replacement part Anthony put on and bought a spare one on my own from Amazon a few days ago. Otherwise, I would have had to spend another $349 again for replacing a $12 part. Today is 07/13/2020. It has been 5 days since I put on another new capacitor myself. So far the A/C is running fine without any problems. So I bought 2 other brands spare capacitor from Amazon today. Just in case of parts failure again, I bought 2 more capacitors of 2 different brands as spare parts. Overall, I do not blame Anthony technician, but the parts the company trusted for their use. In a sense, they are victims just like me.

I very much appreciated the attitude of the tech, took time to show me what had broken and explained the process. I understood the issues and my options. Same day service was also excellent because even a few hours without AC is bad in midsummer.

It's never easy to find competent, professional HVAC technicians you can trust. I just found one! Quinn at Anthony's Cooling and Heating was outstanding. The reason I gave him 5 stars is that there is no rating for 6 stars! We've tried several HVAC companies in the Sarasota/Bradenton area. This is the best we've found! The office was professional and the technician was great!

Best A/C I have ever used.

I knew we were sold on Anthony's with the Initial contact with Jim G their consultant, due to his technical experience and ethical focus on how best to serve the customer. From then, everything happened exactly when and how we were told. Great to know there still are companies like Anthony's Cooling & Electrical. P.S. We picked Anthony's after first meeting 4 other companies plus they had the best price. I highly recommend this company for your air conditioning needs.
