Anthony's Cooling Heating Electrical

Anthony's installed new heating and air-conditioning units in our condo today. They were professional, thorough and punctual. The 3 person crew was exceptional! Shout out to Erica and all the office staff for all their assistance and follow-through! We have been with Anthony's for a few years now and couldn't be happier!

Gillian: I just want to pass along something. PJ and Nick did an amazing job of sealing up the air handler flex line going through the ceiling, which turned into no easy feat. They had to go up in the attic to be able to seal the back and sides of the flex. They worked great as a team, figured out the best way to deal with this very small space, and did a good job! They are almost done and I felt the need to give them very positive feedback for going above and beyond in a very tough fix! Hopefully, you will recognize their great work. The 3 gentlemen Roberto, Colin, and Nick that replaced the duct work at my residence were very well trained, qualified, and equipped. They did a very good job in a timely manner. I must say that Roberto is very well mannered and is a very knowledgeable technician. I see him excelling in the industry. Very impressed by his ability to diagnose and go that extra mile for a solution. I also want to acknowledge William and his co-worker for original diagnosis and estimate they offered. Very pleased with the outcome and guarantee that if there were any problems that Mike the owner would make sure they were remedied even if he had to come out personally. They came on time they did the job that they promised to do and we would highly recommend them

Anthony installed an American Standard System Variable speed of $14,000, failed to tell me I needed to replace the ductwork, and still installed the system. That caused condensation and ruined my ceiling and cost me another $1,000 to repair. They sent someone to, and said it was done to airflow not being set right, Anthony charged me another $500+ for it. After it did not resolve the problem then they sent someone and told me I needed to replace the ductwork, but the ceiling got damaged again. Anthony wanted to charge me over $7,000 to replace the ductwork after their negligence cost me $2,000 to fix the ceiling since I had to repair it again. Now the new air handler motor broke, and still under warranty and Anthony charged me close to $800 dollars to repair after leaving me and my family with small children for 3 days without air conditioning. I do not recommend anyone to use Anthony Cooling-Heating for any work as they are super expensive, overcharge and their technicians lie about their services.

we've been using Anthony's for years. We are selling our home, and the inspection report dinged us on the a/c. I called Anthony's and they IMMEDIATELY sent someone out to check things out (there was no problem) AND they wrote a letter pushing back on what the inspector wrote. What a port of calm they were in a raging storm of emotions. Can't say enough good things about them. They never try to upsell you, or rip you off.... they just do what is needed in an honest, timely and professional manner.

Randall and Ivan did an outstanding job. We had a duct work issue and they immediately figured out the problem. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and did quality work. I recommend this company 110% to anyone needing any project done. We have already asked them to come back and help us with an attic ladder. Ours snaps back too hard when folding it up. They are going to install a ladder that they recommend to make our attic useable. Thank you Randall and Ivan for giving us our AC back in our bedrooms and for coming to enable us to use our attic in a much safer way.
