Fantastic. Anthony's sent technician Frank De Los Reyes to do the work needed to complete a recent system update. Frank was exceptional. His HVAC skills are remarkable. His communication skills are excellent. Frank was always willing to answer any questions that I asked. I will be sure to ask for Frank if any maintenance work is needed in the future. Another plus for Anthony's is that they are always on time, and make it a point to keep you in the loop regarding their arrival time. Not all companies can say that.

I cannot say enough great things about Anthony's. It all starts with a great office staff such as Lauren/Gillian, continues with Comfort Consultant Shawn, and then moves on to the installers Randall and P.J. This company is head and shoulders better than any other that I have dealt with. They are extremely courteous, provide factual information, don't try to oversell, show up on time. In addition, they are very detail conscious when working, and clean up after themselves when finished. Anthony's makes it a point to keep you well informed as to what, where, when, and why. You have to appreciate their use of technology. IMHO, there are none better than Anthony's.

I had a tech here within one hour of calling on a Saturday evening. On Monday morning I received a follow up cal from Anthony's to schedule a follow up visit. Both Nick who came on Saturday and Julio who came o Tuesday were excellent. They demonstrated a great attitude as well as a high degree of knowledge. I have worked with Anthony's for a number of years first servicing my 20 year old system to installing and servicing my new system. I also appreciated the great service without any pressure to replace old 20 yr old relic. I selected Anthony's because of the reputation. They are not overrated.

Received quote for work that was competitive and had some extras thrown in. 3 to 4 men showed up to install the units and also performed consider work on my air delivery duct work. They worked a long day into the evening, were respectful, clean and answered all the questions I asked as work progressed. Cleaned up afterward and took every piece of of the old system and all packing materials. A great job at a reasonable price.

We were SO happy with Anthony's Heating and Cooling. We wanted to have our air conditioner serviced as it had never been done and the unit is about 12 years old. They were able to schedule us quickly and did not try to pressure us into getting a service contract (although we did decide to do so, we were so happy with their service). I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to have work done or just have their unit checked.

Anthony's was polite, informative and extremely professional. They gave me an honest review of both my systems for the maintenance they did. Nice to find a company which you feel at ease with and who do not try to sell you things you don't need.

To keep it short, went above and beyond to such a degree that I signed a service contract when I was dead set against it. After a competitor painted a doom and gloom picture and gave me bad info to create urgency leading to a call a week later trying to get me to replace the system entirely , Anthony’s educated me and did the job I had just paid that competitor to do servicing the system which competitor clearly did not based on all Anthony’s found. Shawn was great and I’m glad I was referred to a company I feel I can trust!

Very responsive. Technicians professional and friendly. The first fix did not resolve the issue (unit was not cooling again the next day). Another technician did come out that day, review what was done, and fixed the unit with no extra labor charges. Overall very good service. I would hire again.

Excellent. Arrived exactly when they said. Chris communicated what he would be doing, and kept us updated as he did his work. Very professional.

Have been using Anthonys for at least ten years and have always been perfectly satisfied. Both in the office and the workmen.

Our AC stopped working late in the afternoon. We called Anthony's and they had a technician out to our home before 5:30 pm. Greg was unable, after several attempts and options, to get our unit back up and running. He stayed with us while he reached out to Madison in sales, which was after their normal business hours, and Madison was immediately able to quote us a new unit, get us financing and schedule us for delivery and installation the next day. Anthony's installation team, Edwin & Robert, were at our home just shortly after 8 am. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They were also considerate of our lawn in not damaging it due to the heat & the size of the HVAC. When the work was completed, everything was cleaned up and they stayed to make sure the unit was working and our home was cooling down. Tom called the next day to make sure we were satisfied with the service and sent Garrett out just to double check on everything and to explain or answer any questions we may have on the new unit. My husband and I are EXTREMELY satisfied! We would certainly, without hesitation, recommend them to anyone who needs any sort of AC work done. Thank you Madison and your whole team. We feel we found a new family with Anthony's.

He did not charge me actually. I had him out for an estimate. If I was going to have to replace the air conditioner. I wanted to get a price from someone else. He did not charge me. He did a thorough cleaning and tuning up of the A/C unit outside. He checked my vents and he checked everything and I was very please with what he told me. He came out did everything that the other company was supposed to have already done. He didn't charge me for it.

They weren't the lowest but they weren't the highest. I did a lot of research and they said you can buy a cheaper unit but its who installs the units that make the difference. I think they did an excellent installation.

I recently moved back to my hometown of bradenton and purchased a home. low and behold, now that it starts heating up, the AC dies...called (Hi Betty!) Anthony's on Monday (my parents have been using them for years; they have installed 2 full systems at my parent's house over the years), they had Chris come out and take a look. Great guy, he showed me around the system, pointing out numerous issues (dirty blower, disintegrating radiator, etc) and offered potential solutions.... Since the system was installed in 02 and doesn't appear to have been maintained since, Chris suggested a full-on replacement (he offered other options, but due to the age of the system the longevity of the solutions was questionable at best). I decided to go with a replacement. Yesterday, Dan came out to look the system over and give me the estimate for the replacement. Dan's a very knowledgable and friendly guy, he pointed out a few additional items for consideration (1.5 ton ducts for a 2 ton system) and promptly delivered 3 different quotes (for 3 different systems). I accepted the bid last night around 6.30 PM. Today, I have Dan, Garrett (?), and a couple of other techs all over. They are working together to install the system in as little time as possible. Dan himself (who works in the sales dept) is up in my attic (right now) with the techs. I have never seen such dedication before(usually the sales guys are out of the picture the second you sign the bid). All in all, Anthony's has now installed 3 full AC systems for my family. We are on their maintenance plan (well worth it, especially if you live close to salt water) and look forward to continued business with them in the future to come. I would certainly, without hesitation, recommend Anthony's to anyone in their service area (Palmetto/Bradenton/Sarasota, that I specifically know of) who needs any sort of AC work done. Hands down, the best!

I was very pleased with the price and installation, however once installed, I was not able to get return emails or calls concerning duct work that was not completed (from one of their personnel). I finally gave up and contacted another person at Anthony's who immediately took over and made sure the work was scheduled and completed. Mike Zeppi is the owner and a true professional. He also got involved, made a visit and detailed all the additional work to be done. All I can say is that after a glitch in communications, and once the right people were aware of the problem, they were courteous and made good on everything they said they would do. I would definitely do business with this vendor again and will recommend them despite my initial problem. The new system is now 8 months old and running flawlessly. I found Anthony's to be very fair with their pricing but most of all, professional and honest.

They are wonderful! They inspected my whole unit. Mike the owner, came out really did a lot of work, measuring and he made some suggestions. He gave 3 options like, good, better & best. My husband opted for the best one. So, they put a whole new unit in and redid the duct work. They were awesome! They come and check on it every 6 months and I use them for my work too. They explained all the options to us, and let the decision be up to us. They were very clear on all their options and pricing. There were no surprises. Was there when they said they were going to be there. Finished when they said they would and you would have never known they were there. They were neat as a pin! The workers were friendly, very professional and knew what they were doing.

We have been using Anthony's for the past 11 years and at 3 different homes through an annual contract. There service, pricing and professionalism is exceptional. I never feel that there is a "hard sell" of upgrades or unnecessary work. I have recommended them to many friends.

We needed a new heat pump. We selected a number of vendors for quote. Anthony's was recommended by Angie's list and by local condo manager. Representative took ample time to investigate needs and offer recommendations. It turns out that our old unit had more capacity than we needed. Rep. was diligent and explained carefully his thoughts in responding to our needs. He also offered guidance on reducing our overall cost (offered an Angie's discount as well). The team that installed the unit was extremely well organized, polite, and efficient - and also took the time to instruct and explain the use of the new equipment. We were extremely satisfied with Anthony's approach, responsiveness and concern for the customer. We would strongly recommend them for any HVAC work.

not the least expensive but best service, cleaned up themselves very well, it was amazing you had no idea they were there, and very good about reminding about the maintence that may need to be done. and good about their work. i've recommended them to multiple people.

It was great. They were really wonderful and I would recommend them. Mike, the owner, was especially great because he was there the whole way.
