Hi [member name removed], We are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with your experience when working with us. I do recall a miscommunication between our former salesperson, who worked on your project, and the crew, which resulted in your needing to call us back for corrections; I apologize for that. However, I must respectfully disagree with your statement that we were unhappy to return; we were prompt and courteous when we performed your call-back and, if memory serves, you were satisfied when we left. We have always strived for 100% customer satisfaction. Sometimes that does unfortunately mean a call-back, which we are prepared and professional when providing. Regarding the garbage left around the job-site, there is no excuse. The crew typically clears away all garbage during the finishing touches of the project. I have spoken to them to ensure that this will change to cleaning their lunch and drink messes immediately after they are done. I do regret that you were unhappy with the prices. We aim to provide the most competitive pricing for our customers without sacrificing the quality of our services, products and experienced crew. Thank you for your constructive comments.
