The Ac went out in our doublewide unit while we were up north (we're snowbirds) Lee is a professional, has been in business for a long time . I knew I could trust him, I called and asked for quote. He went to the house measured the unit and gave me three quotes by emaill. I choose my unit from the list and he installed it within two days. One of My neighbors down there said "it looks good" so I'm very happy

On the afternoon of July 3rd, our central air conditioner quite. We called Advanced Air with whom we had an annual maintenance contract. They had a technician at our house within an hour. Since they had just recently completed the semi-annual servicing, he reviewed what had been done. After a quick check on possible causes of the stoppage, he determined our drain had plugged up resulting in the shutdown. This puzzled him as the routine maintenance notes indicated not only had bleach been poured down the drain, but the drain was vacuumed out as well. He repeated the process and got the unit running again. An hour after he left, the unit shut down again. When we called Advanced Air a second time that afternoon, the technician indicated he was on the way to an emergency clinic with his wife, but would stop by our house afterwards. Immediately after having his wife treated he did indeed stop by to work on the drain. He poured 3 bottles of hydrogen peroxide down the drain, back flushed it and vacuumed it out. Some sort of solid gunk came out. The technician stated in his 35 year plus experience he had NEVER seen a drain plugged up like ours. When he left, with a sick wife in tow, he told us to call him should the unit quite again. The next morning (July 4th), he called us to make sure all was operating smoothly (which it was). In sum: I had an immediate response to my first call; A follow up evening visit from a man who had just taken his wife in for emergency care; an offer to return later the night of July 3rd, if the unit quite again; and a check up call the morning of July 4th. What more could one ask of a business? The reason there was no charge, he felt the semi-annual service should have prevented the problem. (Note: the blockage was the worst he had ever experienced in his long career.)

Initial meeting was very good , price was fair ,. We had humidity problem, called ,no response for two days, called again , Technician came to the house , he said that problem is fix , no explanation how he fixed it or why a new three month unit should have humidity problem. No paprer work was presented to us.
