Excellent! Harold was thorough, provided me with a very accurate estimate for both projects, and was able to complete them quickly and efficiently. I gave him a "B" in pricing only because he will be the first to acknowledge that he may not be the cheapest option - but I am more than happy to pay a little extra to ensure the job is done well and right the first time. The costs cited below was for the maintenance overhaul performed on my home unit, which included a complete removal and cleanup of the primary air unit, cleaning of all ducts, and redoing of the primary water duct to facilitate future cleanup and minimize blockages - which he completed in less than a day. He explained the entire process, and aided me in ensuring I made the correct filter choices to further aid my wife, who has severe allergies. He even took on the job of repairing the A/C in my rental unit - texting me before/after photos of the work performed as I was unable to be on site. I highly recommend Harold and the Unitech Air Company!

Great service! Everything was installed up to code and the quality of work was excellent.

It is a challenge to get a competent, knowledgeable, and professional A/C contractor in the Keys that shows up and provides the best product and service for their client. Harold answers your phone calls after hours and assists with any questions or issues you have with your unit. He is there for his customers. We listened to Harold and installed two Trane 22 SEER units in our multi-level concrete home. We are glad we did. The highest monthly electric bill since July 2016 has been $146.00.
