Miami Blue Pools

Contracted with Miami Blue Pools to service our pool from July thru Oct. and Paid $320 in advance for weekly service. Upon checking pool in Oct. found water main on, garden hose with nozzle leaking water, new filter never installed, existing filter never cleaned (was black and green), pump pressure normally at 18 psi was at 42 psi, and the pool pump timer was disengaged so pump ran 24/7. I went to their store to complain about problems, was told someone would be out Friday. No one showed up. Went back to store, registered complaint again. I was offered a two week compensation. By then they had already missed more than 2 weeks of servicing the pool. Received a phone call from Michael of Blue Pools, with multiple excuses. Among them was a problem find people experienced in maintaining pools and he had employees in training. Apparently the person "in training" was the person servicing our pool.

I thought I maintained the pool very well. When we went out of town for 5 months we had them come maintain our pool. They left a card indicating the service they performed each time they were here. I was greatly pleased to see the condition of the pool. It was much better than what I was doing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

From the start I thought my pool was clean. I was very surprised how clean the pool looked after a short period of time. They left a card each time they visited the home detailing the services they provided, such as adjusting the PH, chlorine, cleaning the filter and removing debris from the pool. Their store is conveniently located which also sells pool supplies.
