+ -1 moreI didn't hire the architect but he was actually very responsive and very knowledgeable. It was very expensive. They gave me a quote of $18000. There was one piece that was missing that could be very important which could make the quote higher. By leaving that out, I didn't use them.
Description of Work: They did come out and give me a quote for an addition to the house.

+ -1 moreThe project we had was not overly complex -- although it is to us -- but does not really require all the services Lou and his team have to offer, so he's like buying a Corvette when we really just need a Chevelle. I gotta tell you though, if you need an architect and you are tired of playing games with people getting back to you or being unresponsive, you need to call Lou, because he will get it done. He is on the ball. A+, get-'er-done kinda guy.
Description of Work: Lou was incredibly helpful. We met with him, he reviewed all the plans, got on the phone with a few people in different building and zoning departments and got information to us right there on the spot. He was prompt -- early actually -- and always got back to all our phone calls.

+ -1 moreChris spent well over an hour measuring, making notes, taking pictures of the swing, paying very close attention to every detail. Chris was always courteous, polite, professional and very pleasant in all his interactions and discussions with me and my husband. It's obvious that he likes what he is doing and it shows in the high-level work he produces. Chris delivered the blue prints today and we couldn't be more pleased. My family members will be the happy recipients of Chris Kallinosis' hard work. I give Chris Kallinosis and LCK A1A Inc my highest recommendation.
Description of Work: Chris Kallinosis drew up very detailed blueprints of a large, sturdy, wooden swing with awning sitting in my backyard. This swing, originally hand-crafted by my Dad, who is now deceased, is the only existing swing of its kind. Chris took very detailed measurements and presented me with a beautiful, professional set of drawings. Drawings that any professional carpenter will be able to use as a guide to build another swing.

+ -1 moreI attempted to hire Lou Kallisosis to create architectural drawings for on upgrade to my home. Lou contacted me immediately and was at my home the next day. Lou was extremely courteous and professional. This review does not have a price because Lou ended up finding me a more cost effective way of completing my project. Lou did not end up making any money from the deal although gained a customer for life. I extremely applaud and respect his honesty and assistance. Their are not many people in professional industries that would do what Lou has done which is why i immediately went to Angieslist and gave him a review. I fully recommend him and will definitely use him in any future projects i may have. Thank you Lou..
