Description of Work: Repaired punctured wire behind the wall caused when new appliance was installed. Also installed new wiring to bring kitchen to code for new appliances.

+ -1 moreThey were good. They were on time. They kept to their quote. I wasn't there for the work itself. My tenants were there. I didn't get any complaints from my tenants. They came in and got the job done.
Description of Work: They put in smoke detectors. I had to get them done for the city.

+ -1 moreThey came out within a day to give me an estimate. We are waiting for them to pull the permits. They are very good, very responsive in giving the estimate. They gave us the estimates the next day and shortly after that filed the permits. We are just waiting on the city so they can do the work.
Description of Work: They are installing smoke detectors. I have an older house and the city is requiring me to install them. The have given me an estimate.
