AVOID THIS PLACE AND PUT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE - Just like people, don't be deceived by the exterior (i.e., showroom), the inside is rotten to the core (i.e., management and sales associates). They are Grade A scam artists who are solely concerned with getting your money and hooking you once you swipe so before you spend, think twice. My wife and I recently tried to do business with Padron to purchase flooring for our home. They provided us with their recommended installer, Excell Tile, to support with the installation. After several appointments both at their showroom, as well as appointments with their installer, we landed on a tile we liked. In order to confirm if the tile was the correct size, we had the installer take measurements at our house on two separate visits & he confirmed he was in constant communication with the our sales associate from Padron Flooring, Mayelexis (I have proof they were in constant communication and he was at our home to take measurements). When they confirmed it was the "correct size", Mayelexis informed us that the tile we liked was not in stock in the showroom & it was on a ship coming sometime in July to the USA but made sure to tell us that if we, "wanted to be safe, to put a 50% deposit down to secure it" (once again, I have proof). In parallel, we had 2 independent licensed installers come to our home to take measurements in order to do our due diligence & ensure that stair fabrication was done correctly. It was shortly after placing the deposit that both 3rd party installers confirmed that the SIZE of the tile was wrong & measurements were done incorrectly (as you probably guessed, yes, I have proof). Both licensed installers sent us in writing that the tile Padron had ordered for us is absolutely not correct & would not be able to be installed. Upon hearing this my wife & I immediately called Padron Flooring & requested a refund due to the wrong size tile being purchased at the confirmation of both their preferred installer & the sales associate, Mayelexis. They refused to put me on the phone with the manager for weeks of trying to call and the manager never proactively called me, only until I had the credit card company intervene to issue a credit. The sales people make every excuse in the book not to speak with us, (you'll see this across multiple sites like Google, Angies List, Facebook, Yelp, etc. from customers with bad experiences). Padron Flooring is still holding onto 20% of the total order amount even though the wrong tile was confirmed, the products are not in the showroom (they are in transit on a ship), and we did not receive ANY of the goods. This is an outright money-grabbing scam establishment!!! When I tried to handle the issue with the manager Alisa Padron directly, she was downright nasty, condescending, and arrogant and simply told me “too bad - we're keeping 20% for the cancellation.” She even went as far as to laugh in my face on the phone and telling me no one at the store wants to deal with me because "I'm angry" (gee ya think?! you're latching onto my money like a leach for services/products not rendered), and saying she doesn’t care or even want our business. Just remember folks, this is the person you're going to be dealing with if things go wrong and anyone who's ever been through or going through any type of construction, renovation, etc. knows that things WILL go wrong and when they do, you're going to WISH you went into business with people who have integrity. Again, the cancellation was done as a reaction to an error on their end (wrong size tile ordered and confirmed for measurements and the tile is not even in stock). This place should and will be investigated for scamming and fraud and I want every dollar of my money back in the amount of $2,156.80. I have recorded phone calls of the sales people & the manager Alisa Padron herself, call logs, screenshots of all our texts & emails, etc. to prove they scam & fraud. Expect them to respond to this and paint the customer out to be liars (you'll see and you've been warned)!

Purchase process went smoothly.

I wanted to get the same tile I got last time but they were out and not getting any more in. I was suggested a similar tile at the same price. I went and got 3 tile samples for $10 each and placed an order after I saw how good the samples looked. The tile arrived two days later.

Unbeatable in price, but limited selections. Design skills and product knowledge vary widely among staff. Busy business, which can lead to long waiting times before getting assistance. Being fluent in Spanish helps when dealing with certain sales staff. Some have difficulty expressing themselves in English to the extent necessary for a meaningful conversation about design and tiles. Despite these issues, I rate the business with an overall "A" because of their very competitive pricing for very good quality tiles. Business was recommended to me by a tiler with 20+ experience for price and quality.

It went great! I was very pleased with every aspect of my experience. I had decided to replace the tiles on virtually the entire first floor of my house. When I mentioned this to someone, he suggested that I go to Padron Flooring on Lake Worth Rd. I looked-up Padron on Angie's List and found a number of glowing reviews, several of which specifically mentioned Lisette, one of their sales people, as being particularly helpful. I went to Padron and found a large, airy showroom with a better selection of tiles than I had seen anywhere else. As I was hoping, Lisette was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and a great sounding board. She did an excellent job understanding what I wanted to achieve, and showing me tiles that might fit the bill.. Over a period of time, I took home samples of various tiles, and kept narrowing the field until I found a tile that I loved. Without reservation, I would recommend Padron, and Lisette, to anyone interested in buying new flooring.

I went to the store to inquire about tile for a project at my church. I walk in and looked around. I covered the whole of the store as I wasn't sure what I was looking for and thought someone would approach me. I went in front of several workers who were talking among themselves and several workers who were putting down a new tile floor display. No one asked to help me and I wasn't sure what the procedure was, so I left.

All the tile came as ordered and in a very prompt fashion

They are absolutely wonderful. I had been to the store several weeks ago looking for tiles. I brought home a few samples but didn't feel that they quite fit what I was looking for. I found what I needed at another store and placed an order for my tiles as well as my vanity. Two days before my tile guys were to arrive to install the wall and floor tiles the other store informs me that the wrong tiles arrived. I was upset but decided to see if these alternate tiles would work. When I agreed to take the "wrong" tiles I was told that I would have to wait another few days for them to be moved from the warehouse. The situation got uglier and I came to realize that I would never get tiles from this store. I decided to return to Padron Flooring and select something no matter what. Lisette recognized me immediately and was pleasure to work with. Within a couple of hours she helped me find what I needed and had my car loaded. I've got 3 more bathroom remodels to get thru in the next few years and I will make the commitment to work with Padron Flooring from now on. Once you have met the best why bother with anyone else.

Good variety of wood look tiles at a good price and nice quality. Good customer service. Explained different tiles and its pros and con's.

My husband and I went into the showroom. We first met Robert who handed us over to Sue. Sue was fantastic, I just loved her attitude. She was friendly and smiling and professional. She had lots of suggestions as to what might or might not work for us. She gave us lots of time as we went back to the showroom at least three times. Sue really knows her stuff. She is so familiar with the products and how the whole process works. I would recommend her as a liason for whatever work you need done. Pedron recommended an installer, Excel Flooring who were brilliant. Came and gave us a quote. Were able to fit us in for the work fairly quickly. We were definitely nervous as it was a large job and a very big change for us. On installation day two guys showed up on time and got straight to work. I couldn't believe the way they worked so well as a team. So professional and expert at what they did, even though they did tease us about it being their 'first job'. We definitely laughed over that because it was obvious these guys were very experienced in their work. The floor looks amazing. We are absolutely thrilled with the result. I can recommend Pedron and Excel flooring without reservation.

Tile was bought from them but my tile man did the installation. They were very organized when he went to pick up the tile and helpful in advising me what to chose.

I order 1600 square feet tiles, and I asked them if they had enough tiles to complete the job. I was told that had received 30,000 sq feet of the same tiles. When he tiles were delivered, they the different dilots, that had a different shade of color. He tried to take advantage of my mother who is a senior citizen.

I was satisfied with their service and have referred several people to them.

The owners of Padron worked with me regarding pricing as I was on a budget. In a very tough economy, this was such a pleasant experience to have been given consideration based on my budget. Not only did they work with me, they did it with a smile on their face...I was in their store at least 4 times before I finalized my order. I had ordered wood flooring for my bedroom, tile for my patio, and carpet for my living room. The order and installation of the wood and tile went quickly and perfectly; my product was in stock. The carpet needed to be ordered but was delivered quickly. When the installer showed up and opened his truck for me to see the carpet, I saw the wrong color carpet. This was the week before Thanksgiving and I was having my family visit and my floors were only concrete. The owner was so apologetic and I know that sometimes shipments are wrong, she offered me the option of having the wrong color installed and when the correct carpet was delivered, to return and pick up the wrong carpet and install the correct one. I couldn't have been happier with her offer...this was going to be my baby granddaughter's first Thanksgiving and the owner knew the baby could not be safe on concrete flooring, they made my holiday extra special.

I have used this company on several occasions over a 15 year period. Their product is always excellent and the service outstanding.They even went to bat for me with a flooring manufacturer regarding the quality of materials the manufacturer provided. I recommend them without reservation.

Everything went perfectly like clockwork. Working with Lisette in the showroom to make the carpet and tile selections was a very pleasant experience. She then stayed on top of the job throughout the entire process even visiting my condo to see how things were going. She definitely went the extra mile! The job was done very meticulously and professionally and the finished products are definitely something that Padron can be proud of. I highly recommend this company. Ask to work with Lisette because she is really great to work with.

Padron Flooring is a great place to go if you are unsure of what you want. They have about 20-30 bath/showers set up in different tiles, colors, themes along with the sinks. This really gives you a perfect idea of what you like and don't like once it is on the wall/floor. There are so many styles and colors to choose from. It is truly a design showcase for bathrooms. The showroom is gigantic and the whole floor is different types of coverings. Customer service is impeccable. Lisette was my sales rep and was incredible. She walked me through the showroom and gave me ideas of what to do. This is a company that does it right. Since I wasn't ready for the tile, they held it at the warehouse until my tiler was ready to install. Lisette gave me a recommendation for a company to install frameless shower doors and they were great, also. I decided to do additional work and returned to purchase more tile and was instantly recognized by Lisette and she immediately placed my order. A pleasure to deal with.

Always came on time and cleaned up well at end of day. Always dealt with sales person Lisette Thomas. She goes out of her way to make sure the work is done the way I want it.
