Reliable, neat and clean service. Proactive technician. Would highly recommend. When I moved here a year ago I had to leave our friend who was a reliable plumber and very picky about the work he performed to perfection. The tech who came here today reminded me of the great plumber I left in MD.

The plumber was punctual and he proceeded to determine what the problem was. He told me what needed to be done and he got right to work. He was very professional and kept his work area clean. The bill turned out to be less than the original estimate. He did a great job and I would definitely use him again.

Great job and quick response. Water heater began leaking and called several plumbers for estimates. Spoke to Mr. Kovacs and got his pricing for a brand name electric water heater which was comparable to the other companies I spoke with. His associate was at our house the next morning right on time. 100 % pleased with the pricing and installation. Would definitely hire again if we have plumbing needs.

Excellent! Theo disassembled and reassembled the faucet so that it was back to full pressure. He replaced the drain pipes which were sloped improperly and fastened the new ones to improve flow. In the bathroom, only the toilet flapper needed to be replaced which was an inexpensive fix. As always, I appreciate their honesty, quality work, and prompt response when I have a problem.

Called in the morning, the water heater was installed that afternoon. Theo, the gentleman who replaced the water heater, was polite and professional. Mr. Kovacs was polite and professional as well. I would hire them again.

They kept me up to date with progress daily. Always professional. Cleaned up after themselves daily and protected my carpet and put plastic over my furniture from the front door to the master bath. Any concerns of mine were addressed immediately. Very pleased with the overall professionalism.

Surpassed all of our expectations. We went in resigned to the fact that this will be a headache and inconvenience for at least 2 months. Nothing could be farther from the truth. We have used Zoltan's services before, and will call him again in the future. His work is professional including taking the time to explain whats being done and why. Whats important to me is that when you call Zoltan, Zoltan and his assistant are who you get. During his visit, he checked the water softener connections and tested the water. Both were fine. [The other plumber had proposed re-doing the connections.] His pricing is competitive and his work is excellent.

All went well with Zoltan, the owner, and his associate. Zoltan is very pleasant to do busy with. He is upfront and thorough even before he comes out to your home with the information given to him on the phone. He was on time and performed the task of removing and installing our new disposal in a timely manner.

Zoltan was AMAZING from start to finish. He kept everyone on track (including us) to meet a fairly tight timeline, finishing our remodel before Christmas, so we could avoid having 8 people share 1 bathroom over the holidays. He provided great guidance, while also asking for our input on even the smallest of decisions, so we could have exactly the bathroom we wanted. One of the first days on the job, he went with us to Floor and Decor after work (and after he had started demo work on our bathroom at 7:30AM), and stayed with us, helping us pick out tile for our shower and floor, until the store closed at 9PM. He is a true perfectionist, and didn't hesitate to demand rework from his crew if there was anything that wasn't up to his standards. When I look at our bathroom, I honestly cannot find a single flaw. We will need our 2nd bathroom remodeled at some point, and we will absolutely be calling Zoltan to do the work. Cost excludes tile, mirrors, lights, faucets/hardware, and fan. Before and after pictures included below.

Zoltan, himself, came out first to appraise what needed to be done and to give us an estimate. Based on his manner and thoroughness we asked him to do the work. Theo was the technician who performed the work. Theo was courteous; explained everything he was doing, offered suggestions; and cleaned up. Theo is the only plumber who has brought his own drop cloths, rags, and paper towels. After he left, we would never have known he had been here. In a heart beat we would have Zolton do any future work.

My experience was excellent. Theo arrived on time, and was quick to explain all that needed to be done. He gave an estimate prior to starting any work. All work was completed professionally and in a timely manner. Theo was efficient and very neat while completing the requested job. Theo also explained all that was being done in a way that I could understand. his explanation instilled confidence that the job was being done right. Theo was also able to give me a written estimate for additional work I will be having done. He was able to explain water filtration and a water softening system for me as well. Zoltan was great--he called multiple times to apprise us of his arrival time. He was smart, efficient, personable, and excellent at diagnosing problems. He answered all our questions as a skilled plumber, rather than a handyman. Would definitely call him back!
