Zoltan and his team were amazing. They are very skilled, professional and very respectful. Zoltan did research on a warranty issue with a faucet someone else installed and stayed on the phone for hours arguing our case. I would not trust another plumber after working with him.

He had to remove the vanity and the wet wall and locate the leak. They worked quickly, fixed the leak, did a great cleanup and gave accurate advice.

Zolton and his assistance were friendly and professional. They were punctual and did what they said they would do. He explained in detail the work to be done and gave advice that was useful for the follow-on contractors such as the tile man. The shower base and liner were laid perfectly. When the plug was pulled 2 days later the liner had no leaks, in fact the pitch to the drain was perfect as the water cascaded towards the drain and the outer edges were emptied.

We had an emergency (water gushing under the house & running down the driveway) and Zoltan came at once, set up an immediate temporary fix, arranged to have the exact spot of the broken pipe found, gave us options with no pressure, and fit us into his busy schedule which we greatly appreciated. He and his team were always on time. Everything was cleaned up at the end of the day and he kept us informed of every step. Zoltan's crew was professional and a pleasure to have in my home. I would - and have - recommend him highly for his strong work ethic. He is totally trusted to do the best job - great quality at a good, honest price.

We use them constantly. It turned out excellent. They were very neat and very careful of everything. It took them 2 hours because they had a problem with getting one of the things out. They are always very efficient. I always use them.

These new hybrid hot water tank installations are very difficult to install. Don't believe the GE installment video in their website. Unlike your standard hot water heaters these new hybrids need a water drain line to be added/installed. They work like your home air-conditioning system which requires a water drain. Plus other things that are not mentioned such as a pressurized reserve tank. They are very complicated to be installed. BE WARNED that this reason is how all plummers will try to take advantage of us the consumers, including the big companies, such as Lowes! I purchased mine at Lowe's and they sent me their installers, Roman plumbing. They quoted me $1800 install because my system needs to completely be relocated to the corner of my garage, due to the water drainage system. So they were telling me to be clear, moving all plumbing tubing, all major electrical, put holes all over my drywall in order to get the system close to the outer wall so they could cut a hole through the outer wall and have this hybrid drain outside. Well thank the Lord I called Zoltan Plumming! Without knowing anything about what I was experiencing with Lowe's and their contracted Plummers. He quickly gave me a quote without relocating the entire system! WHAT! wait a minute! I asked Zoltan doesn't it have to be relocated to the section where Lowe's plumbers indicated to me, as I confessed my dilemma. Zoltan quickly showed me that it would be illegal to relocate it there because it would be next to my electrical panel! OMG!!! These clowns were going to rape me for $1800 then I would had to hire an attorney because it would not have pass code!! Long story short Zoltan plumbing is hands-down the most honest plumbing company in Pinellas County!! I will never call another plumbing company ever again nor would I ever trust anyone to ever return to my house for plumbing issues! I live in the lansbrooke area I've shared my story with my neighbors and they all have know Zoltan for over 20 years, "they are the Best". I should've talk to my neighbor sooner but thank God I found them on Angie's list!

Very professional! I have had other Plummer's work on my old house and they were not half as knowledgeable as Zoltan plumbing. They were prompt to respond to my request, needs an execution of tasks. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using their services exclusively in the future.

We had a complete bathroom remodel and partial 2nd bathroom done June-July of 2015. Full bathroom included new door, exhaust,lighting change,sliding glass doors, tile, toilets, and vanity. Zoltan and his crew were very knowledgeable, friendly, on-time and organized. Zoltan offered to meet us at store locations to advise and help us with choosing correct style/type of product to be used (tile, faucets,lighting, door, paint). This being our first remodel job it was extremely helpful to us to have Zoltan's expertise in designing our bathroom. You can clearly see Zoltan's concern for making your remodel exactly as you want it to be. I would recommend Zoltan and his crew as he made it right for us. Our bathroom is not only absolutely beautiful but safely functional thanks to Zoltan Kovac's Plumbing.

The person who came to my home was not the owner but an employee. He was very nice and I would rate him an A. We went over what work I needed done and he said when he called the owner to discuss my job he was told he was not to touch my Manabloc plumbing system panel as there have been issues with them in the past. I told him ours was 20 years old, I worked for the builder when it was installed, and we have never had problems. Not all Manabloc systems are bad. He said they would shut the water off at the street and would not just replace the tower and flapper in the toilet but would need to cut away part of the line leading to the toilet and put a shut off valve in order to warrant the work. The toilet is 20 years old and the tower and flapper have been replaced many times without having to do this. I advised I would just have my handy man do it and he left. I went out to the truck before he left and asked if I could purchase the tower and flapper to save me a trip. The employee agreed and I paid him in cash $26 for the parts plus gave him a $10 tip. I then called my handy man who is on the way over to install the parts. My doorbell rang and it was the employee saying the owner said he should not have sold me parts and wanted them back. I explained my handy man was on the way over. I asked to speak with the owner who he called on his phone. He said they do not sell parts and he would be liable. I asked since he did not manufacture the parts how he would be liable. He said he just does not sell parts. I advised him that he already sold parts and I paid for them. It was their error, not mine and when a business makes a mistake you just make sure you don't repeat them but you don't knock on the door and ask the customer for something back you sold them especially when someone is on the way to install them. I am very disappointed to have been treated this way by someone with a good reputation on Angie's list which is why I picked them in the first place. My F rating is not for the employee who came out as he was very nice and bent over backwards but for the owner who would put an employee in such an embarrassing and humiliating situation.

Well. You can tell Zoltan really cares about his customers and helping to get the job done right. we used him twice so far. he is very honest. We called one night because of a water leak and he talked us through it to solve the issue.

I called them around 3:00 in the afternoon. Because of luck in my location and the timing he was able to send someone out who arrived around 4:30 (as I was told he would). He gave me a cost estimate based on my description of the problem on the phone. The man he sent was pleasant, clean and extremely polite. The job was finished quickly with no surprises. I will always use Zoltan for my plumbing needs.

We agreed on a time to do the work. As the day wore on and Zoltan was getting behind on other jobs, he constantly communicated with me and said he would be here regardless of the time. He arrived after 5 and good to his word worked to complete the job. The quality of his work was excellent as was his and his associate's personalities. He made a recommendation on changing a connection which I accepted. Zoltan Kovacs Plumbing is the high quality type of business that I've come to expect from companies on Angie's List - high quality, reasonable price, and extreme professionalism. Very professional and a stickler for doing things right. Gave me a clear estimate that included possible cost if the water valve needed replacement so there were no surprises.
