THEY ARE NOT TRUST WORTHY, BUT BILL HAS GOOD INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, SO IT IS EASY TO PUT YOUR FAITH IN THEM.
Description of Work: HARDWOOD FLOORING - INSTALLED AND HAS ROTTED DUE TO IMPROPER PREP OF THE CONCRETE SLAB. MESSY TILE WORK; INSTALLED CHIPPED AND JAGGED CUTS IN TILE AND GROUT WORK WAS UNEVEN. INSTALLED THE WRONG SIZE CABINETS AND HAVE NOT FIXED THEM - I'VE WAITED 8 MONTHS. THEY HAVE BROKEN THEIR WORD, TIME AND TIME AGAIN, AND HAVE FAILED TO SHOW UP FOR APPOINTMENTS. THEY DO NOT HONOR THIER COMMITMENTS AND THEY DO SUB-STANDARD WORK.

Description of Work: They tell you they do the jobs themselves thats not true. They lie all the time. The tile has not come in yet, but they never ordered it.
