I highly recommend World Class Maintenance. They did amazing job very professional, had all the material very organized and very clean. Definitely weâ  ll use them for any maintenance from here on out.

I hired World Class to replace my roof in 2018. The owner Joe Termini treated me like family, my home as if his own, and I could not have been happier with the transaction. Everything was done as agreed to, in a totally professional job. My neighbors commented on my beautiful new roof and I was quite confident in recommending World Class Maintenance.

They did great work at a reasonable price. They constructed and replaced a 60 foot long lanai beam, installed cement footings and posts, replaced the lanai ceiling, installed ceiling lights, replaced the pavers removed to do the footing work and painted all of their work. Every time I walk out to our new lanai love it (such an improvement over the old lanai). I finally got around to writing this review. They did the work last year. I've recommended them to my friends and family. When I have another job, I will definately call them.

I would never hire this company. They have some good people who work for them For example, Jerry, Gus,, Denis. Unfortunately, the owner takes on many jobs he is not qualified for. He worked for me for over 15 years and the majority of the jobs that he did were done incorrectly/had to be redone/he promises to come back and fix it and does not. We had him four years ago put in a new porch/covered porch to a property we bought, and when they installed it, the footers to the roof were buried in the dirt with very little concrete so that all the water leeched up into the posts completely compromising their stability/structure and they are now having to be completely replaced. All the floor joists were put directly onto the dirt, and all of them have rotted completely through. I asked the owner, Joe, to come out and replace both the posts and joists, because all the Trex flooring, of which I paid a fortune for, had bowed and dipped due to the structure underneath falling apart. They also used nails from a nail gun instead of screws when putting the boards together, which is against Code and caused them all to separate as well. Last year because I threatened Joe with revealing his work, he agreed to send out his one worker to replace a portion of the deck and said he would finish the rest a couple of weeks later. He then told me that they would be coming after the new year. It has been 10 months. No one has come to fix it and now I had to pay another contractor to completely replace that entire other section of the deck. This is a contractor that I spent hundreds of thousands of dollars with. I was one of his best customers. I gave him more work than any one person ever gave him. I trusted him. And this is how I was repaid. Please take this into account before hiring this company. They do not back up their work and cut corners wherever they can to save money and it results in having to replace everything they do down the road. I am a very unhappy/ Disappointed homeowner.

Joe and his team were great all around. Remove popcorn from ceiling, interior paint throughout, re-finished wood cabinets (Paint), replaced some doors and some electrical work for new ceiling fans and some lights. We kept changing the scope of work (Prior to the work starting) and Joe was very accommodating with updating his proposal. We had zero changes as the work was performed. There were the typical punch list items which were immediately addressed to our satisfaction. We were out of state when the work was performed and Joe kept us up to date and sent along some images as the work progressed. Their pricing was fair and reasonable. They are trustworthy and easy to work and talk with. All around a great job and experience working with World Class Maintenance.

When you are Having a Job done, I would ask for JERRY!! He went above and beyond. He definitely paid extra attention to detail.

Do not use this firm! It is the worst! They make appointments, they stand you up, they do not call you back, they do not answer texts, etc. They are the worst! They should change their name to Low-Class Maintenance! Beware, do not use it! Their secretary Angie should be terminated as is a list, very unprofessional, and discourteous!! Thank you.

I was recommended Joe and his company from a very trusted friend so I knew they would be great and they did not disappoint one bit. I actually expected the job to take a lot longer than it did. I am so proud to show off this house and even more proud to recommend this company to my friends. I will not use anybody else in the future other than Joe and his amazing Crew. I would also love to give a shout out to a few people on his crew cause I feel they really took this project personally and not just looked at it as just another job which is so incredibly rare these days. Jerry, Joaquin, Brian and Gus really went above and beyond. I can't even begin to express how grateful I am for everything you have done on this huge project.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Joe and his outstanding crew. They have completed two separate projects (enclosing an upstairs bonus room and tiling a lanai) and I have been impressed each time with their excellent execution and high quality results. I look forward to working with them in the future.

In the past it has been extremely hard to find a qualified contractor that understands your future state vision, budget and timeline. World Class Maintenance exceeded all of my expectations! From the time they quoted the project they offered suggestions on how to make the vision come alive while being conscious of our budget. I am absolutely in love with all of the work completed... the new tile, baseboards, shiplap wall and crown molding work completed. Each tile was cut and put in place perfectly, the attention to detail was phenomenal. They are trustworthy professionals that have already been recommended to several friends. World Class Maintenance will treat your home as if your place is like their own property or home. Save your energy, look no further you will not be disappointed with World Class Maintenance.

The World Class Maintenance team was great to work with. The attention detail and customer focus was top of mind when putting our dreams to reality. The workers were on time each morning, were very polite, and made sure all of our expectations were met before considering the job complete. We are so very happy with the end result of their work, it feels like a new home!

We interviewed several companies. World Class Maintenance was the cheapest and shortest completion time. We had a major remodel and were actually told by a company it was too big for them. World class maintenance finished before the quoted time and came in on budget. We added quite a few things to the list as we went and the prices were fair and did not add on to the completion time. Extremely satisfied with their work. We had multiple crews come thru our house and each was professional and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure we were completely satisfied. Highly recommend them for large jobs.

I hired the company on a fencing project and they said they could do my roofing project as well so I hired them on, I took them 3 tries to stop the roof from leaking after the job was completed the first time.

I interviewed several pros for this job before hiring this company. They were very professional, willing to take on a small job, best price and started and finished the job in a timely manner. They have great personalities, too. I will be using them for other work soon. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. HIRE THEM!

George and his staff were friendly and professional. Price was extremely competitive. The quality of the work was outstanding. I had a roof leak that ruined the ceiling in one of my bedrooms. World Class treated the mold in the attic, repaired the ceiling, applied knock-down texture, repainted and did an incredible clean up job. The work was done in less time than quoted. I highly recommend using World Class.
