I requested quotes from two tree trimming services that were listed as certified professional arborists. I left a message for Rick Warner requesting a quote. He returned my call quickly & made an appointment for him to come to my house. Rick was on time for the appointment. We inspected each tree together. Rick educated me on each tree, its health & possible issues. His first priority was the safety of my house. The second was the health of the tree. By educating me about each tree, I can be proactive. Rick provided me a wrttien itemized quote which we reviewed to ensure I understood the services. I review Warner's $750 quote & a second quote from another company. The second quote was verbal for $1500. It was for the same services plus raking leaves & a bit of landscaping. I imformed both companies of my decision. I chose Warner because of their professional quote, tree expertise & a good price. The Warner team arrived on time & performed the services as promised. The services were inspected when completed to ensure everything met expectations. Rick came by the next day to receive payment. He now has a Square Card Reader so I could pay him by credit card quickly & efficiently. I will call Rick for any future tree services.

An absolute pleasure to deal with. Rick came over and looked over the entire property. Explained the various Trees and Shrubs, gave his suggestions, without high pressure. Gave estimate to remove dead tree, and other work deemed necessary. His crew came two days later, as professional as they come. Took ou two trees, and did all the work promised in a timely manner. Cleaned up property perfectly. Best tree service I have ever dealt with. Would use them again in a flash....

The tree has a beautiful canopy now and is looking healthy and is safer for storm season. Very courteous, played a bit of telephone tag at first, but my phone calls were always returned and they did what they said they were going to do, when they said they would do it. We were very pleased and would use them again. The price we paid was with a discount coupon we had from a flyer.

Received an estimate. Upon contract agreement, Mr Warner applied for required permits and work was performed promptly.

They quoted me $2800 for the job. I chose another company that completed the work for $1500.

I didn't use Warner Tree Service because their pricing was too high. I got a lower quote from a different service provider and went with them instead. The man who gave the quote from Warner Tree Service was very knowledgeable, punctual and very interested. I was very impressed but their pricing was way too high.

A good experience. Mr. Warner and his crew were prompt, courteous, and professional. I would use them again and recommend them.

Over the course of 2 days they removed several large trees along the property line and one very large tree growing up against the screen enclosure. When they left you couldn't even tell where the trees had been. Great work and great price!

The owner of the company came out the day I called to do the free estimate. His price was in line with the other two estimates, but I hired this company because of the owner's knowledge and professionalism. The work was scheduled for two days later in the week. Crew showed up on time and completed the work in approx. two hours. End product and cleanup were excellant...I would definitely use them again...

They did an okay job. The only issue was with a tree they neglected to trim. The primary purpose of bringing them there was to illuminate all limbs that were touching the roof. However, they failed to remove two of the limbs that were touching the roof because they said that those two limbs were not included in the written contract. My position with regard to the limbs that were not removed was that they should have removed them, even if they weren't mentioned in the written contract because at the beginning of the job the clear understanding between the company and myself, was that all limbs that were touching the roof would be removed. Another concern with their work was that their clean up was unsatisfactory. They left some tree debris on the ground and did a poor job cleaning it up. I had to personally clean it up after they had left. They were punctual and courteous up until they were asked to finish the clean up.

THE PRICE WAS GOOD COMPARED TO OTHER QUOTES, BUT THERE WAS NEEDLESS PROPERTY DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE OWNER'S POOR JUDGMENT AND BECAUSE OF THE ABSOLUTE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM IN THE WAY HE HANDLED MY QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS, I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THE OWNER RAISED HIS VOICE, WAS RUDE, BELLIGERENT AND HARDLY ALLOWED ME TO SPEAK WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO VOICE MY CONCERNS. I WOULD PAY TWICE THE PRICE FOR A COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL TREE SERVICE.

DENNIS BROUGHT WARNER'S CREW OF 6 MEN TO SITE WITH BUCKET TRUCK & CHIPPER MACHINE ON 06/15/2005, AND BEGAN A FULL DAY'S WORK OF CUTTING & THINNING 3 LIVE OAKS ON OUR PROPERTY. IT WAS A VERY HOT & HUMID DAY BUT NO ONE COMPLAINED. ALL WORK WAS COMPLETED ACCORDING TO CONTRACT, AND I NEVER SAW ANY MEMBER OF THE CREW SLUFFING OFF. EACH MAN CARRIED HIS OWN WEIGHT, YET ASSISTED THE OTHER AS OPPORTUNITIES PRESENTED THEMSELVES. EVER MEMBER OF THE CREW CONTRIBUTED HIS PART & MORE - WITHOUT BEING TOLD TO DO SO. EVERY MEMBER OF WARNER'S TREE SERVICE, INC. FROM DAVID THE OWNER, LOIS HIS SECRETARY, DENNIS THE FOREMAN, AND ALL OF THE WORK SITE CREW, WERE PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH - AND COMMITTED TO JOB DETAIL. FOR ALL THE WORK DONE - WHICH INCLUDED HAND CARRY OF LARGE LIMBS & DEBRIS TO CHIPPER UNIT IN FRONT YARD, DUE TO SEPTIC TANK/DRAIN FIELDS ON SIDE OF RESIDENCE - THE JOB WAS REASONABLY PRICED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM, AND WOULD USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN.
