+ -1 moreWe've used him quarterly for 4 1/2 years and he was wonderful. We think his price is reasonable. We've only had very good success with him. We got a new tenant in the house and there was an ant problem. The lady said that everything was terrific for about six weeks and then there was an infestation of ants. She chose to call someone else that she knew but we had recommended him. It was clean and wonderful when she moved in the place with just a few dead bugs around so obviously his treatments were successful. He was on top of everything and he was excellent. He knew everything that he was talking about and always called me Mrs. even when I told him to call me by my first name. I have recommended him to other people.
Description of Work: We used Wan's Pest Control for a general check over to see how things were because we had rented our house out for a year. He did his usual quarterly treatment.

Description of Work: VINCE WAN HAS BEEN MY EXTERMINATOR FOR 15 YEARS. HE IS VERY AWESOME AND TRUSTWORTHY. I REALLY LIKE HIM AND FEEL LIKE HE HAS BEEN A PART OF OUR FAMILY FOR ALL THIS TIME. HE DOES AN AMAZING JOB AND NEVER LEAVES OUR HOUSE SMELLY. I HAD SMALL CHILDREN WITH ASTHMA AT ONE TIME AND I WAS ALWAYS WORRIED ABOUT THIS AND HE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE - ALWAYS. VINCE MOVED FROM HOUSE TO HOUSE WITH US AS WELL. I WOULD RECOMMEND VINCE FOR ANYONE NEEDING A TRUSTWORTHY EXTERMINATOR.
