+ 0 moreWork was done expertly and perfectly. I truly appreciate the response on Christmas Eve and his return the following Tues. I would recommend VIP to anyone seeking a locksmith. He is a great guy, very professional, courteous and friendly.
Description of Work: On Christmas Eve my front door deadbolt seized up and I was locked IN the house. VIP responded at 10:30 PM and opened the door for me. Returned on Tues 12/26 to replace the old deadbolt.

+ 0 moreI spoke to Amir who contacted his Tampa service rep Dave. Dave came within the hour of my call as Amir had promised. He was prompt and quick. He was in and out within 15 minutes. Dave was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and personable. He repaired the problem piece in my front door lock with precision. His price was reasonable... (and apparently a lot less than other lock smiths I called). I highly recommend Dave this company.
Description of Work: The outside fancy doorknob on the front door of my home would not open the door. The latch mechanism would not open from the outside but it would work if I tried to open the door from the inside.

Description of Work: Right before I needed to pick my daughter up from daycare, I locked my keys inside the car and the second pair was inside the house and only on both was the key to get into the house! Long story short, I called Amir and his service arrived within the hour, had me inside my house and on my way to pick up my daughter and I even arrived before a few of the other parents!
