I recommend them regularly. I thought they were outstanding. They bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. If I had a question or concern, they took care of it.

Window Depot did an excellent job with our install. Truly amazing craftsmen took their time and made sure there was no residual damage from the install. Window Depot does not sub out their install. Their installers took pride in their work and this was the biggest concern for us. We were aware of other companies friends had used that did a really poor job on the install of their windows. Window Depot truly employees the best installers so this is a huge plus. In addition, we were very pleased with the owners Jack's involvement in the project. He met to finalize pricing and was available during the process as well to make sure everything was perfect. Window Depot had the most competitive pricing for our job plus quality workmanship. Finding the two together are a rarity.

Communication is lacking with this company. They called me and asked for payment in full twice before my windows were even delivered to the company. The accounting department did not know that they hadn't been installed yet. When I asked for an update on when the windows would be in, they told me they'd had the windows for a week, and hadn't called me to set up installation! In addition, the process wasn't explained in the sales pitch- I wasn't told after the windows are installed they must be inspected a few days later and you have to call the building inspector to find out what day and time they'll be coming, then on another date they have to come and finish the installation. The contractors that installed the windows were professional and courteous. Attempts were made to minimize the mess inside and they did an ok job cleaning up after themselves. The windows themselves seem to be good quality, however the caulk is not. After a day holes stated popping up in the caulk on the door and several of the windows.

First of all, Dan who was very responsive was great with professionalism and courtesy even through emails. He was able to get Marc to come by that weekend. Mark did a very good job at explaining the pros and cons of a couple of different manufacturers. He also gave two competitive price quotes, and explained their financing offer. Although we went with another company, I can say that the folks at The Window Depot were great. I definitely recommend adding them to the list of companies you speak with when it comes to window replacement.

BEWARE.....Signed contract 9.1.16 then had new Simonton Impact window installed 11/2016 by Window Depot. It leaked since day one and they can't seem to fix it. Initially it was a bad install as I could see daylight looking from inside house around frame. Horrible caulking job among other things. They have been out at least 7 times to try and fix leaks, but can't get it right. I have an exposed block wall inside my home that cannot be patched up until window leak is fixed. Not very pleasing to the eye. I have water infiltration everytime it rains. Good thing it is block or there would potentially be hazardous mold growth. I HAD TO try and get manufacturer involved for help, but said it was installers fault and gave suggestions as to a fix. I passed them along and they implemented, but still it leaks. To be fair, I travel and there have been scheduling gaps, but they have had ample time to get it correct and they have "tried". I filed a complaint with BBB requesting full refund of monies on 7.26.17. In my opinion and from what I can tell, it is a small company with limited installers and quality workers. I almost always had to clean up after they worked. Would not recommend to anyone at any price.

The installation team was great. Very professional.

Outside of a few communication mix ups the work was done well. We are waiting on a couple little fixes and an inspection from the county(town?) but the windows look great.

Our experience with the Window Depot was excellent. Starting with our sales person Dale did a terrific job of describing the features and benefits of the various products and providing us a competitive price for the job. Actual execution of the job went very smoothly. Our job site was kept clean and their was clear recognition this was a home we were living in and not a new home construction site. Everyone showed up on time, explained the process, and didn't hesitate to make any adjustments/changes we needed done. This was a very big job for us as homeowners and working with The Window Depot was an extremely positive experience.

Window Depot installed 17 impact resistant Simonton Windows and a door in my home. I give my greatest endorsement to them. While considering companies to hire, we received what we thought was a great quote from a competitor. Window depot was able to beat that price and Jack, the owner was able to schedule installation much faster than the other company had estimated at the time of their quote. The employees that arrived for installation were friendly and polite, and extremely courteous. As an example, they closed the door of the room they were working on in order to minimize noise while my toddler napped. I never asked for this courtesy, but the result allowed us to continue our daily routine with limited disruption. They managed to install all the windows with little mess, and did a great job of cleaning up when complete. The customer service we received was outstanding. Jack was available at odd hours when we had follow up questions. He also made a stop at our home during installation. When we noticed that one of the windows had a manufacturer's imperfection, we sent him a message well after business hours and he responded within minutes that he was ordering a new window and it would be expedited. His responsiveness to correcting an issue to our satisfaction was exemplary. I'm aghast that anyone could write a negative review about Window Depot and cannot help but believe that these folks were either irrational or vindictive and did not take reasonable measures to express their concerns to Window Depot. If they had, I'm certain that Jack would have addressed their concerns expeditiously as he did in our case. I would recommend this fantastic company to anyone who needs windows.

This is the most unprofessional company I have dealt with. There was a communication issue in the beginning ordering phase with one of the salesman named Sam. We were directed to deal with another salesman after that. We should've picked up on that red flag. The day of installation, the service guys were supposed to show up between 8:00-8:30 and at 9:15 I had to call to find out where they were. The door handle with a lock that we ordered wasn't installed and I had to call to inquire what happened. I spoke with the service manager Jeff who was extremely rude to me and actually kept interrupting me when I tried to ask questions. Then he told me is wasn't his responsibility to check what his manufacturer's send him before it's sent out to be installed at the customers house. He was VERY rude and never apologized for the wrong handle or for his installation guys being late. I asked who his supervisor was because he was so rude to me and kept raising his voice, and I was tersely told that he was the supervisor. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER use them again and I will be letting people know what an unreliable company they are and how they treat their customers.

They came on time, the products fit perfectly and both the sales representative and the installers were prompt, courteous and professional. After completing the job, they cleaned up everything and it looked as if no one had been working. We most definitely will use them again and highly recommend their services.

I had estimates with four companies to replace my sliders with french doors and WIndow Depot had, by the far, the most competitive price. The estimate process was quick and professional. The owner came out to measure for the doors and I'm glad he did because he was able to suggest better options for the doors. The salesman gave an estimate of 6-8 weeks for my doors to be installed, but due to the upcoming holiday the owner made it clear it would be closer to 8 weeks. I was expecting a call to set up the install. 9 weeks out, I still hadn't heard from them. It took a couple of calls to their office to set up the install. On the second call, I got the owner who apologized and explained that they were moving offices. I got a call back promptly the next day to set up an install date. They were even able to move up the install date due to a cancellation which I was grateful for. I was impressed with their installers dedication to getting the job done right the same day. They had a few bumps which made the installation take a little longer. They started work at 8 am and didn't finish the job until around 8 pm. They could have called it a day and came back to finish another time, but the lead installer wanted to see it through. They did a great job. The only additional advice I have is to be sure to get an itemized receipt. I ended up ordering high-impact glass with argon gas fill, but after install I noticed that one set of doors had the argon gas, but the others did not. When i raised this issue, the owner was prompt in replying and addressed it professionally. I was given a $100 refund for the discrepancy. However, I have no idea how much extra I paid for the argon because I didn't get the itemized receipt. Overall, I am thoroughly pleased with the look of my doors and would use their service again.

Excellent sales and even better install here. The sales presentation left us with no questions about a product we had already researched Great Demo and hands on in our home on our time. Then they followed it up with two of the best installers we could hope for. Boze will always hold a special place in my heart as I saw him care for our home as if it were his own. And his young apprentice was quick and concise I have never seen better Caulk lines and our windows are pristine. Even the ones in our second story cupola where Boze had to fight his fear of heights and then fold up his tall frame inside that tiny box ....just perfect... we have been very happy with the performance as well! They have won the business of additional family and friends for a job well done!

I gave them a B because they take a long time to get to the job. I ordered the job and gave deposit in Oct. I had leaks and needed the job done ASAP. They came out and did the job approx 1/15/15. I guess they are busy. But they did an excellent job and quality work and product. The people doing the work were very nice, professional and easy to deal with. I would recommend them just make sure you have lots of time for your project.

When I was ready to replace my windows, I consulted Angie's List. I called four A rated installers within 25 miles of my home for estimates. One of them has yet to even respond. One took a few weeks to respond and came in with a very high estimate. One was just a joke ( you can read about them in my reviews. I gave them an F ) And one was prompt, professional, and gave me a great price. That one was The Window Depot LLC. The process started with their salesperson Dale. He showed up at the scheduled time. Brought window samples and photos, then worked with me to find the windows that fit my home on my budget. They only ask for 10% down payment. About six weeks later I got a call from their installation scheduler. Four days after that my windows are in. The two guys that did the install were very professional, did a fantastic job, and completely cleaned up after themselves. If you are in need of replacement windows give The Window Depot a call. I am very happy that I did.

Came out when they said they would for estimate. Dale was professional - didn't try to sell us more than what was needed. Explained everything clearly understanding what we wanted. Chris and Justin came out to install - very courteous, professional - explained how window opened for cleaning etc. Left the place clean. Sana answered any and all questions or concerns with such a refreshing attitude! So helpful. A wonderful experience with this The Window Depot! Would give a higher rating if we could.

This was a very good experience. They showed up on time and it took them less time to complete the project than expected. They came across a couple of issues with the window manufacturing company, but the issues were resolved to my satisfaction.

The windows are fantastic, inspected and ready to go. I have no complaints. Work was done cleanly, efficiently and respectful of existing structure. I am impressed. The price was fantastic.... save almost 600 dollars from all other quotes for identical materials.

I began by consulting with Jack on the different types of window replacements that would improve the look and energy efficiency of my home. My house had the original (9) 1978 windows installed when the house was built. We had Simonton windows installed and the improvement in difficult to put into words...but I will try....complete upgrade to the look of my windows and no longer worried about drafting into my infant daughter's bedroom. The sliding glass doors were installed out back leading to the pool and look and function great as well.

We have done a complete renovation on our home (down to the studs) so we have experienced the complete gamut of contractors. The service and quality from Jack and the Window Depot are AMAZING!!! Jack is a consummate professional who cares about the quality of his work and products. He walked us through our options - and we ended up going with the top of the line impact resistant product. It wasn't cheap but then again quality products rarely are. We are so glad we went the direction we did! The windows and doors are fabulous - They look great and function beautifully and have made such a positive difference in both noise level and temperature in our home. We are thrilled with them. The City of Tampa inspector remarked several times about what great windows they were as well as the quality of the installation. I would 100% recommend this company for any work on your home. You can rest assured that the job will be done right, to your satisfaction with follow-thru on any detail. One note - Jack is indeed busy - His company is growing as a result of the amazing work they do. As a result of that success Jack ends up working 7 days a week and has a very full plate. Sometimes you just have to reach out a few times. In the end - he never let us down and he followed thru on every single detail and commitment. We also leveraged him for our HardiBoard, Soffetts, gutters, and the porch and pool cabana ceilings - I will write a separate review for that, but also be aware that the work was superb.

The owner of the company, Jack, was very professional and unlike other companies which we received quotes from, he did not try to sell us something we did not need. The installation crew, Boze and Brandon, were excellent and completed the job in 1 1/2 days. We are extremely satisfied with the product, the company and the installation. We would highly recommend this company to anyone needing windows
