It did take a long time for the door but I wasn't in a hurry.

It would take too long to relate my horrible experiences with their installation of my windows and patio door.

I'm very pleased with how the windows turned out. They look wonderful and are keeping my house noticeable cooler

Very, Fast installation and quality work at a great price

Contractors that installed my windows were terrible. Workmanship on the windows that were installed from the manufacture was terrible. The job was never completed . They did a terrible job replacing the framework on the outside of my condo to its original condition. I would never recommend this company for windows. What the salesman promised when I placed my order was not even close when I got my product Installed the workmanship was terrible.

Excellent customer service. Replaced 5 windows in home. Workers were very clean and communicated any concerns. Would highly recommend.

THEY NEVER COMPLETED PROJECT I HAD TO CHECK ABOVE. Hired a month ago and gave deposit--they delivered materials almost two weeks ago, Kept calling with no response as to when it was going to be completed. Finally got a hold of and they said they were cancelling contract due to miscommunication by us!!!!!! They never communicated with us--stay away. Could have had work done two weeks ago if they would have COMMUNICATED WITH US!!!

Excellent service all the way around. From the initial sales pitch to the installation that was done today. The pricing for 5 PGT high impact windows was very fair and much less expensive than the competition. They look great. Brandon did an excellent job of installing our windows and explaining everything to us. Very professional. Would highly recommend the whole operation.

Hired Window Depot to do a door replacement in 2017. In spite of 3 different measurements (and a 1+ month delay from what has promised), the wrong size door was delivered, causing another delay. Unfortunately, I also experienced several "less than honest" phone calls/ excuses from reps. After much frustration and finally dealing directly with owner directly, install was finally accomplished(and they did discount the price), but I can't recommend them.

I hired Window Depot in 2013, hurricane windows and siding, doors were installed. Excellent value and Installers were awesome. Had minor damage due to Hurricane Irma and contacted (Jack) the owner of company, he came out personally and assessed the damage and assured me No problem and will replace the damaged areas at NO COST to me. I recommend this company to all who desire value and excellent Customer Service. 5 Star company........Chris and his team installed my windows and doors and Ted and his team installed my siding. My house increased in value and looks fantastic. Best investment I ever made. Thanks again Window Depot. Al. D Gulfport, Florida

Really have no major complaint sometimes was a bit of a time frame for someone to get back to me when text or email sent, and Work was all satisfactory but felt job could have been completed a bit sooner than the 3 days it took...work quality as far as I'm concerned is good!

Replaced all fascia and soffit - long overdue. Did a wonderful job with little or no disruption and perfect clean-up afterward. I'm delighted with the finished project.

We had siding and windows done. The windows are so nice. Sorry I waited so long to have them done. The siding is perfect. Chris was so thorough and trimmed everything out so beautifully. I have driven past my driveway numerous times. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with, always responded to concerns. Asked my thoughts if they were doing anything different. The window installation was smooth, they took care to reinstall window treatments. Even trimmed out a bathroom window inside. I can't say enough how pleased with everyone at the company. Thank you!

After 3 months, the job has now been completed.

The owner of the company contacted me and totally resolved the issue and installed my windows to my complete delight.

The most courteous and professional company we have worked with in a long time. From Sam the sales rep to Sana and Lauren in the office and the installers. They were excellent. Very efficient and clean and polite. A great local company who care about their customers. I have recommended them to 3 different neighbors.

I will recommend this company to anybody. The price was the best I found after 6 months of looking, I was very impressed with the work they did. Always on time, 2 days to remove and reinstall 15 windows they left everything clean .Very happy with this company
