We have been using them for several years. They come twice month. They work they do is pretty average.

I don't think they are something we are really enthused about but they are okay.

They mop the floors, clean the bathrooms and it is a big house. They are quick and they guarantee their service, but I have never been unhappy with their service.

The same 2 ladies do arrive on time and get to work. They are both very nice, but I don't feel like they go above and beyond, but they do the basics. We have 2 small kids & 3 cats, so sometimes I don't always have time to do everything, so doing the basics are OK. I do feel that they get annoyed if I ask them to do something else (like clean the ceiling fans), because they feel like they are supposed to only do certain things and nothing more (even though it's my house & I determine what needs to be done). When I do get to clean, they don't always have to do certain things like vacuum, so I want them to do different things, such as do the baseboards. Their idea of doing baseboards is slapping the mop up against them where they might already be mopping, not going around to all of the baseboards & really cleaning them. They sometimes even have time left, but won't look for things to do, it's like they are only doing "this" and that's all. I'm the type that cleans up a lot before they get there, like the toys on the floor or the rugs in the bathrooms, so they can focus on the "cleaning" aspect and not just picking up things. That's why it's sometimes annoying that they aren't as thorough as they should be. They do an OK job and I'll probably continue with them for now, but might look to change in the near future.

We have decided not to continue the service, but we were happy with them. Their prices are comparable to others.

Two maids came, spent just over two hours, worked hard all the time, no breaks. Good overall job. Unable to do some things I specifically requested when I ordered the service, i.e. unable to dust high plant shelves, wouldn't do anything that needed step stool. Otherwise worked hard, dusted and cleaned everything, good work.

Tawnie & Roni are fantastic! I could not be more pleased. They worked so hard every minute and charge only for the time needed to finish to job. I've scheduled them to come monthly.

They came out quickly to give the estimate and were reasonable. I like that they send the same people and guarantee their work. I ended up going with someone else, because they couldn't fit me in quickly.

They were wonderful. They were on time, actually 5 minutes early. Cindy and Rose were great. They were both neat and clean. They went through the house and did not miss anything. They were very delightful. The price was for 2 hours.

IGNORED INSTRUCTIONS. CLEANED WELL WITHOUT LISTENING TO INSTRUCTIONS. BAD GENERAL COMMUNICATION.

I HAVE ROYAL MAID COME BI-WEEKLY TO CLEAN MY HOUSE. THE CLEANING LADIES DO A FABULOUS JOB. THEY ARE PLEASANT AND ALWAYS ON TIME. I'VE BEEN USING THEM FOR ALMOST A YEAR AND THEY'VE ALWAYS DONE A GREAT JOB.

THE ROYAL MAID SERVICE IS AN INDEPENDENTLY OWNED FRANCHISE OF THE ROYAL MAIDS. THIS PARTICULAR FRANCHISE IS IN CLEARWATER. WE USE THIS SERVICE ON A BI-WEEKLY BASIS FOR OUR 3 STORY HOME. THE SERVICE IS VERY DEPENDABLE, USING THE SAME HOUSEKEEPERS EVERY SINGLE TIME, SO WE KNOW WHO IS IN OUR HOME EVERY OTHER WEEK. THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB EVERY TIME, ESPECIALLY GIVEN OUR LARGE HOME AND TWO CATS. WE DON'T EVEN HAVE TO LOCK UP OUR PETS WHEN THE MAIDS COME. MAID SERVICE CAN BE EXPENSIVE, BUT WHEN WE ASKED FOR BIDS FROM 2 COMPETING COMPANIES, THE ROYAL MAIDS WEREN'T THE CHEAPEST, BUT THEY WERE DEFINITELY THE BEST VALUE. TWO MAIDS FOR TWO HOURS FOR $80.00 FOR ALL OF THE ROOMS IN OUR HOUSE. THEY EVEN HAVE A GUARANTEE THAT IF SOMETHING IS NOT DONE TO YOUR LIKING, THEY WILL COME BACK OUT WITHIN 24 HOURS AND REDO IT FOR FREE. UNLIKE OTHER MAID SERVICES WE HAVE USED IN THE PAST, NOTHING HAS BEEN BROKEN, DAMAGED OR STOLEN. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE ROYAL MAID SERVICE IN CLEARWATER.
