I instructed them to match the color of the existing gutters that were on the house. They never actually made it an appointment to install but just showed up when I wasn’t home. They installed gutters that were a completely different color. When I contacted them to fix the issue, they didn’t take any accountability and notified us the job was too small to bother with. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I would not recommend this company.

I called for an estimate for new gutters and downspout installation. Since this alone did not reach their minimum charge, I also elected to have another section of gutters and downspout replaced. (These were 20 years old and I was shown they were too small as they allowed water to drip onto the wood & soffits.) Jamie returned on the day of installation and completed the job without issues. The color matching was perfect and the new gutters both look much better than the old ones - and they work!

Gutters are not typically a sexy thing, but I’ve gotta say six months ago Sure Fit Gutters did an amazing job on our home and honestly, I look at them all the time and am blown away by the quality of their seamless gutter construction. Thanks again guys. I’m very happy with the work you did.

work was done to our satisfaction although I was hoping to get longer drain spouts to prevent water from going into the garden.

Downspout extension was not as long as I was hoping, but seems to be working satisfactorily.

It went well. They installed the heavy duty gutters with leaf guards on our home. Installation used customized brackets rather than spikes. Color matches perfectly. Great job and beautiful results.

After 53 years, there is no longer a waterfall over the front door during summer storms. The advice from Sure-Fit on how to set-up the gutter system was excellent. The design works perfectly, and we will be able to add rain barrels. We were pleased with the reasonable price, plus the gutters blend-in nicely and look like they were always part of the house.

When they installed our gutters one of the workmen installed a downspout over the hinges for our courtyard gate. I immediately called them upon seeing this error to get them to come back and fix. The first time they didn't have the correct materials so they had to come back again. They called me with a cancellation and asked if they could come on a different date. I told them they could as long as they could come in the am as I had appoints in the afternoon that day. Both times I was told that ther would call between 8-9 to let us know the time of arrival. They failed to do so either time as promised. I got a call after 4:00 the first time telling me they were on their way after I sat and waited the entire day and cancelled my appointments. I did call the office to tell them that they still hadn't called or showed up and she assured me she would call them and they would call me right back. That didn't happen until after 4:00. They said they had to come back to finish and the only date they had was a day I was scheduled to be in a seminar all day do my husband had to take off from work to be here. I told them once again that we needed this to be a first appointment call as my husband could not sit home all day and once again they failed to call between 8-9 as promised but did show up that afternoon without ever calling at all. They finally fixed this error and the workman was embarrassed that one of their crew could have done something so stupid. They also fixed where they had out another downspout on top of the cable wire which was very noticeable as well. I had left several messages for Josh to call us when this first happened but not one of them was returned. After I told them that after putting is through waiting for them twice when they never called it came on time and since these were both very noticeable mistakes that shouldn't have happened. They sent me another bill for them to come back and redo what should have been done correctly the first time. I had no intention of paying them again for something I had already should have been done right in the first place. Josh finally called and left a very nasty message on my cell phone which I have kept. Very unprofessional. They tried to say that it was a change order and I had told them to block our gate on purpose which was a bold face lie. Very disorganized office as well. Poor communication and customer relations!!

As you can see in the photo they installed the downspout in the middle. It is obsolete as the water still remains in the area we were trying to divert it from. I asked the installer to quit and he said he couldn't and kept working. I said to the other installer who was cleaning up to call his boss has said no. I called and got a message. You would think his boss would have called me. No payment will be made until this is fixed. Terrible customer service and they did the job wrong especially when I asked him to STOP! Almost forgot they said all gutter downspouts are put in the middle of gutters. Never heard that one before!

Thrilled with the job Sure Fit Gutters did. The two workers, Brandon and Lucas were very knowledgeable and extremely efficient while doing the job, explaining what would be best for my situation. A beautiful job! From the estimate to the finish, I highly recommend this company.

Being a new transplant to Florida I did my research using the main two referral and directory companies online. I was referred to another company which had good reviews. I had them put on my gutters. After the first heavy rain the new gutters bent & tilted. I called the company 4 times they didn't have the experience to correct the problem. After going back and forth with this company they would not return my calls. I than called SURE FIT GUTTERS of Palm Harbor and they came out immediately to my rescue. They put new seamless gutters in with matching paint color to house. Their estimate was less than 1/2 of the home advisor recommended company and they have no seams. I absolutely love them they blend in so well with the house and after many hard rains they are still wonderful. I would love to recommend your company to anyone who needs a seamless beautiful gutter. The workmen did an excellent job and where very pleasant to speak with. I asked for a couple of special requests and they were happy to do them. I even had a non traditional gutter attached to my aluminum patio without end caps and they hand made me two of them because the prior owner of the house had simply cut them away and there were non I could just buy. I was very happy with the product and and quality of service and have already recommended them to my neighbor who was looking for gutter work himself.

I called Sure Fit for an estimate on some gutter work. The owner came personally to do the survey and estimate. Their crew arrived on time, after calling me in advance as I had requested. They went over what they were going to do with me and called me when they were nearly done so I could come and inspect the work. The new gutters are beautiful! I asked their tech for his opinion on adding leaf guards to keep the gutters from clogging and he answered honestly and with clear expertise. I opted to add the leaf guard as it greatly reduces the frequency of having to clean out the gutters (a service Sure Fit offers the tech tells me). I can recommend this fine local company with no reservations whatsoever.

The installer was great. He worked non-stop until they were finished. He even took a towel and wiped off the outside of the gutters when they were done in addition to blowing off the walk area. I would definitely recommend these gentleman any time!

I called to schedule an estimate. It went well, until the woman on the phone could not give me a time for the estimate, and said they would call the day before to tell me what time they can come by. All other service providers give you either a time when they can come out or a range that you can pick from, so that you can plan your day. While I understand that this is probably how they do their business, the woman on the other end was very short on the phone. She did not respond well to me saying that I have to plan my day too so I would need to know. Pretty much slammed the phone at the end of the conversation. May I remind you that I am the prospective customer and you are the service provider. Well, sorry lady but you just lost our business. I had high hopes because of the other reviews. Must be nice if you have so much business and you can afford to be rude.

Had to replace my 2nd floor gutters after only 6 years due inadequate drainage and poor initial install by another company. They were thorough, explained exactly what they were doing and they cleaned up and hauled away everything.

Very difficult to contact and very rude on phone once we did discuss the quote. Also, never came to house to see what we needed done. My opinion did not seem to matter and made to feel like I did not know what I needed. Seemed to be too busy for me the customer. I went with another provider and will not be calling Jamie again.

All work completed as estimated on time.

In a very timely and accurate fashion, they removed the old gutter and installed the new system.

They gave me an exact estimate with a drawing, when we agreed and made an appointment they showed up on time, they were very professional and made sure we were happy with the work and made some adjustments for us. I would definitely recommend them and call them again for work.

The new 7and quot; gutters look great. Really pleased with the service and they was the only company that spoke to me about 7and quot; gutters rather than 6and quot; because of the tile roof.

The quote was done the day of the visit and at a fair price. The work they did has held up over the past 2 years quite well and the workers did an excellent job. The gutters look good and they even had a color that matched our house almost perfectly. The work was done quickly, but not in haste and the crew was great. They even cleaned some debris and leaves off my roof without asking just to be nice. They did a good job at a fair price, so I have nothing to complain about.

The provider arrived on time, got started and finished as agreed, They cleaned up when they finished and we are fully satisfied. We recommend them to anyone needing gutter work done.
