 + 0 moreMy experience went very well overall. He was the only handyman that returned our call promptly. He came when he promised. The pricing was very reasonable. He did an high quality job and I was very pleased with it. We plan on using him again in the future.
Description of Work: They came to work on three corners of the house and the exterior roof above the front door. They also painted everything and made it look brand new.

 + 0 moreNick was fantastic! He was punctual and was the first to respond to my inquiries. He answered all my questions and did appropriate follow up. I was in the midst of a driveway project which was stalled. It took about 6 weeks to finish the project and when i finally called him back he came back again to remind himself of the scope of the job. He honored his original quote despite the fact that it was more than 30 days out. We had a change in heart on the color halfway through and he talked us through it, although offering to go back to the original color or our other "safer" choice. His crew worked hard and cleaned up after themselves completely everyday. He was done on time and did not expect payment until we were completely satisfied. I have nothing but good things to say about him. I would use him again on any other painting project I do.

 + 1 moreI recently purchased this home, and the tile roof was so filthy that the light grey tiles looked black. Nick's crew arrived promptly as scheduled and worked from about 8:30 AM until after 5 PM. The roof was structurally sound, but a mess, and when they were finished it looked like a brand new roof. They not only cleaned the roof, but under all the eaves, replaced a couple slipped tiles and cleaned the dirt and grit from the concrete lanai floor where it had washed down from the roof. They pressure cleaned the driveway and walkway to the house, as well as the concrete borders around the landscaping. Nick also replaced a broken hinge on a screen door. The workers went at it all day, with hardly a break despite rain and inclement weather. I used this company in early March to paint the interior of my home, and was so impressed by their quality and professionalism that I called them back for this job and was not disappointed. Sunrise Painting is a treasure and I will definitely hire them for future jobs I need done.
Description of Work: I had Nick and his crew pressure wash the tile roof, driveway and walkway, and the concrete edging of the landscaping. I also needed hinges replaced on the screen door of my lanai.

 + -1 moreThe service was performed extremely well. Nick and his team completed two coats of all interior, plus doors and trim over two days. Nick provided great consultation on picking the paint colors, because we were indecisive - he knew how the colors would translate from the swatch to the wall and how it would make each room look. We went with his recommendations and it turned out better than we pictured! They were professionals throughout and a pleasure to deal with. Nick and his team even worked around our animal?s accomodations so they wouldn?t be disturbed or escape while the work was being done. Overall it was great! We will be hiring them again to do the exterior of our house in a couple months.

 + 1 moreNick was great to work with. He and his crew were punctual, he called me with any questions during the work days and they finished ahead of schedule and on budget. He was genuinely concerned that I was happy with the project and the experience. When I arrived for my final walk through when the work was completed, I was thrilled. The final product exceeded my expectations. The quality of the work was superb, and the property was left clean and free of any work related debris. We went over the entire property and he pointed out every aspect of what they had done. The colors worked together beautifully and it was obvious they had paid attention to the smallest details. The aging, faded wooden fence outside looked new again, and really enhanced the appearance of the exterior. The deck and lanai areas looked brand new, free of any stains. Clearly, Nick and his crew truly took pride in their work and that it was important to them to produce an excellent result. As agreed, I paid when the job was complete, and I have to say this is one check that I felt was well earned. I will definitely hire this company for any additional work I might need done in the future.
Description of Work: Nick came to my home for an initial consultation and walk-through. I had selected a palette of colors ahead of time, and Nick was very helpful and knowledgeable, his suggestions enabling me to choose colors that worked well together, flowed well from one room to the next without looking choppy and using the natural light to best advantage. He came a second time for my final color selection. I had, at his suggestion, bought small samples of the colors I wanted to use, and we went through the whole house trying them on various walls to see how they looked in the natural light before I made my final decisions. We met again the morning the job was to start, making sure I was happy with the work we had planned. His proposal included filling all holes in existing walls, painting the entire interior of the home, including walls, doors, woodwork and baseboards. He would pressure wash the concrete pool deck and lanai floor, the aging 6 ft. wooden fence around the entire perimeter of my property and paint the fence and wooden housing for the pool filter with a weatherproof stain. His proposal included all Sherwin-Williams paints and labor. He stressed the point that I would pay for his services when I was fully satisfied with the quality of the finished product..

 + -1 moreI phoned for estimate, then Nick came and we walked through what I wanted repaired and/or painted. (not the cheapest painter, but then I wasn't looking for cheap). Manuel arrived on schedule with the paint. He started promptly at 7 AM, and worked about 10 hours. I was concerned that one painter wouldn't finish in the time I was told, but he did. Manuel finished in less than 2 1/2 days. I am awed by how well he did at painting clean lines around floor trim, windows and cabinets. Too bad I'm moving away. Would definitely use this painter again. Uses his cell phone from time to time, but didn't interfere with his ability in the least. Cleanest neatest paint job I've hired in 40 years. Thank you Manuel.

Last year they painted the 2nd story wood paneling on our home after we had some portions replaced and repaired. This summer they re-sealed our river rock pool deck. This time we had them back to repair stucco/cracks and paint the 1st story. They even hung a new chandelier in our foyer because we didn?t have a ladder that could reach the cathedral ceilings. Nick remains in constant communication, watches over his workers and ensures the customer is satisfied. If he makes you a promise, he will deliver. We will continue returning to this company!

 + 2 moreNick is FABULOUS. We had to meet several times (due to me changing the scope of the project). He was always willing to meet me, was always on time, and always came prepared. He would even call me the day before our scheduled time to confirm. The job required that Nick and his team come twice, once to do the outside work (painting, power washing , roof repair, etc.) and once to paint the inside. The timing of this project was critical because I only had two days from when one tenant moving out and the other moving in. The project went perfectly.The quality of the work the Nick and his team did was also Awesome! They did everything top-notch. They also did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Normally, after painters, I have to have a cleaning crew come back....but not NICK. They swept and wiped up after themselves. The other thing that really stood out with Nick, is that I added on a few repairs here and there and Nick didn't charge me extra....he just did the extra work. He is very proud of his work...and I can see why. I would HIGHLY recommend Nick and his team to ANYONE needing painting or handyman type repairs.

When my wife changed her mind regarding the paint color for the garage doors, they repainted the doors in the color she wanted. They worked diligently with only a short break for lunch. They were obviously trained painters and not day laborers.
Description of Work: Sunrise Quality Painting pressure washed the house exterior and then applied 2 coats of paint and finally a finish sealing coat. All the work was completed within one week. They also repaired the sheet rock in our garage ceiling.
