I checked Angie's list for a "Great" house painter and I found Nick of Sunrise Quality Painting. I called him and he was at my home that afternoon. We walked around my home and talked about what I expected him to do. He was very professional and polite. I asked him if he had any suggestions. In the most diplomatic way he offered me advice on trim colors and which parts should be the light color to contrast with the base color of the house, things I had not thought about before. HE WAS RIGHT! I AM THRILLED ABOUT THE WORK AND THE RESULTS.. I have to give kudos to Nick's employees, they are a great group. They came out on time worked all day and cleaned up everything. In 2 days I have a new house. Thank you NIck!!!!

I was very impressed with Nick. When I called him, he immediately put me in his calendar to come by and give an estimate. He is easy to work with, gave us a great price, went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect, his crew did a fantastic job and he made sure we were 100% pleased before we paid a dime. When we decided we wanted to paint our home, we had four A rated Angie's List companies come out to give us free estimates. Nick was by FAR the best price and one of the only companies that was willing to deal with our shutters. Other companies simply said we are painters, not handymen and you'll have to pay a handy man to come out and put up new shutters. Nick on the other hand, ripped the rotted shutters down, took a hand saw and made the boards behind them the appropriate size for our new shutters, went to Home Depot or Lowes himself to get the appropriate sized screws because the ones that came with our shutters weren't the right size and then after painting, one of his men put up the new shutters! He went WAY above the call of duty to make sure we were happy and didn't have to call a separate handyman to complete our home! And he did all of that at no extra charge! When giving us his estimate, he took into consideration that this was our first home, that we had three young kids, and were just getting started. And even though he knew he could have asked for more, he gave us an extremely great price right away, blowing away his competitor's estimates. At first I was concerned that the low cost would mean a less quality job, but that was not the case at all. Nick and his crew not only did a very high quality job, but they knocked on my door for me to come out and see every step. I saw the house once it had been pressured washed, I came back out once it had been sealed, and I came out after every coat of paint to see the progression. I really appreciated them taking the time to answer my questions and lead me through their steps that day. After they were finished painting my husband and I, being extreme perfectionists, walked around the house inspecting every nook and cranny and they gladly addressed anything we pointed out, even something as small as a piece of dirt or a bug that had blown into the paint while it was drying. They would scrape it out, and dab it again with paint. They didn't leave any paint on our window frames or any mess. They painted and where the color would change (ex. the garage door and front door frames were white), they made sure there was no bleeding of paint and no curved lines. Rather everything was very crisp and clean! When they left our home looked like a new place! What once was a sandy colored faded house with rotted black shutters is now a bright beautiful yellow home with a nice sateen finish and clean crisp white shutters! In regards to the color, Nick made an extra trip to Sherwin Williams that day just to make sure we had the exact color we wanted. We were deciding between two yellows and had tried 50% and 85% of the darker yellow and 125% of the lighter yellow to find the perfect shade. Finally we decided we like the 50% and 85% of the darker yellow, so maybe we'd go with an in between shade at 75%. When we told Nick 75%, he was concerned we hadn't seen the exact color and insisted he bring us a sample of 75% that morning before painting just to make sure. We thought for sure we'd like it and that the extra trip was unnecessary but boy were we glad he made that trip! 75% was not what we expected and we were so glad that he cared that much about our happiness to go out of his way yet again! When we were going through the whole process and Nick could see we had never done this before, he told me "Trust Nick" and I'm so glad we did! Thank you, Nick and crew! We have already recommended you all to many friends and neighbors! In fact, one neighbor came by to get your card the day you painted our home :-) Excellent job!!! We are more than pleased!!

Nick was very responsive and professional, as usual. We have used this company before and been very pleased with the work. His crew arrives on time, works hard all day, cleans up after themselves. We highly recommend to everyone.

It went VERY well. This is the 4th time I've used Sunrise. I'm a fussy old lady, so the neatness and cleanup are important. Nick is so good to call and give a time for their arrival. I give them the highest marks!!!

Nick was very nice and on time. His estimate came in pretty high but sometimes that's the way it goes. I would definitely get another quote from him in the future.

These guys were great! I called to ask for an estimate and they were out the next day, and the job was finished the same week. They came in and did the work quickly, cleanly and very well. The end result looks great, and i would use them again.

Called for an estimate and Nick was over within the hour. I got a very reasonable price and based on the initial visit with Nick, I didn't even bother with other estimates. He and his crew started a few days later and got right to work. They were always on time and worked diligently until the work was complete. I had specific instructions for several things and all were completed exactly as I had asked. I highly recommend Nick and Sunrise Quality Painting. They're nice guys and they do very good work.

Nick and his crew did an excellent job. They were at my house everyday on time and never ran over. They did A LOT of work, in many places they had to remove double wallpaper, which they nor I expected. They were very timely, finishing a day ahead of schedule. Nick promised that they would leave everything very clean and they did just that. I am very happy with everything and will recommend them to my friends and family and will definitely use them again for my painting needs.

Nick's company does excellent work. They were prompt, respectful, friendly, neat, and most importantly thorough. The new gutter was painted to exactly match the under roof. The HOA where I live gave us paint, that really didn't match the roof where the gutter was installed, but it did match the wall where the downspouts were placed. Nick told us that he would get paint that would match the gutter perfectly. He said the outcome would be beautiful. It was. He knows his stuff. The patio blocks were installed after much digging and leveling. Perfect job. Also, a couple of weeks before, Nick and his crew came to repair a rather large hole in our garage ceiling after a mishap in the attic. His guy Manual did such a perfect job, it is difficult to tell where the repair was made. I highly recommend this company.

The whole job went extremely well. The experience was great from initial contact through completion. Everything - estimate, color consultation, what I needed to do to prepare and work was done on my schedule. The job was estimated to take 5 days and they were done in THREE! The crew was friendly, professional and clearly very experienced. They paid attention to detail and were very careful with my furniture. Everything was cleaned up and put back. The crew adjusted for our needs - including keeping cats from escaping. (The crew leader even did extras - put hooks up and fixed blinds.) I have already spoken with Nick about doing some exterior painting later in the year.

Pedro, Jimmy, and Hamric were the team that painted and repaired all our townhouse walls and baseboards. the quality of their painting is outstanding. Our only issue is that they did not clean up after themselves as well as I would have liked.

As a painter many years ago, I have always done my own painting. When I met Nick in 2003 and he gave me a fair quote, I decided to give him a chance. Since then Nick has done many painting jobs and some required stripping wallpaper and preparing the walls to be painted again. He has also painted the interior and exterior of our office building that we own in Clearwater. He is a man of his word, hardworking, provides top quality work at a fair and honest value. I would highly recommend him for any painting needs.

Nick and his team recently painted the exterior of my home along with the interior french doors. They are highly professional, courteous, meticulous, thorough and prompt. They pulled out all the nails, removed an old awning for me and patched the walls as needed. They showed up on time each day, finished quickly and left my home nice and tidy. I love the quality workmanship. Nick has painted for me twice before this and when it was time to paint this house, he was my only consideration. I would use him again and again. Nick and his crew were awesome. They came to give me an estimate the same day I called. Were out to do the job the very next day. I appreciated that he called me when he was on his way. Performed quality work in a timely manner. Cleaned up after and replaced all furniture. I would recommend them.

Nick and his team did a great job refinishing the celing and texturing the walls of my mother's Lanai. The removal of the celing was a very messy job but they did a wonderful job of cleaning and repositioning my furniture. The area was so clean that had it not been for the color change we would not have thought they were there. Pricing for this job was very fair as I did receive other estimates that were more expensive but did not inlcude all the work that Sunrise provided. Estimated arrival and completion time were accurate and his team was very professional. I will definatley use his services again in the future as they exemplify the quality and customer service that we expect.

This is the second time I have used Sunrise Quality Painting for a project in our home. They are prompt, good painters, and they clean up their mess. Nick gets things done. I will use them again.

They were very accommodating. We had to have it painted in stages. The ceiling first so we could put the lights in, then the rest of the interior, then the exterior of the garage and pergola. This meant they had to come out and make multiple trips which they did with no objections whatsoever. They also recommended staining our front door which we took them up on and it looks fabulous. All the painters are professional and polite and they give a lot of attention to detail. They use high quality paint and products and it shows. I would recommended them and use them again.

They did a fair job of painting the walls but a lousy job on the front door. We have shiny patches showing up on the walls. paint smeared on an outlet cover. Wall was damaged when furniture was repositioned. A later estimate of cost was less than half their cost. When confronted, bragged how well they had done.

Mr Nick Cara was prompt and very helpful. It is obvious that he is a true professional and knows his work, as do the people who work for him. All appeared in fresh clean uniforms and comported themselves in a formal but warm manner. The work went quickly with attention to every detail and clean up after each day.
