Jesse cleaned and sealed the grout on my 25 year old ceramic tiles. The grout was black and long overdue for a cleaning. The results far exceeded my expectations! Not only is the grout back to its original color, but even the tiles look like new again! Also, Jesse is the owner and does his own work. I highly recommend him with hesitation!

cleaned carpets, was very nice and professional. Unfortunately had a pet stain in one carpet that looked as though it was cleaned (right after it was done) but the next day it reappeared. Called him and he said to spray some water on it and dab it with a towel and dry and that should take care of it. Probably not his fault but still I had hoped all stains would be gone and I didn't to do anything that is why I gave him a "B".

This is actually the second time I have had him out. He is very polite and punctual and does a great job! Rug always looks great when he is done and he is very cautious and respectful of your home and belongings. He doesn't upsell you on anything you don't need and very good with our expensive rug. We will ave have him out again for sure.

While I purchased the Angie's list coupon. It didn't mention that that coupon was for a specific type or size of sofa. That was only discovered after the purchase was complete. After the tech came to the house he explained that to clean it would cost 110.00 more because it was considered 3 pieces. I have no idea if I got ripped off or not. I already paid for the cleaning, arranged to work from home, and he was there so I went ahead and did it. While my sofa was exceptionally dirty with dog damage it is only 5 yrs old and had been cleaned professionally before. The previous company was able to restore it back, and I guess that is what I was expecting. But that didn't happen and I really don't see any difference in the look of my sofa. The tech was personable, on time, and provided a receipt.

Jesse responded to my phone call right away. He arrived exactly on time and set up his equipment. I had not moved in yet so he didn't have to maneuver around furniture but I had had a lot of construction work and the carpets were dirty. They looked like brand new when he finished. It was just a beautiful job. I definitely recommend Steambrite and will hire them again the next time it's needed.

They were excellent ! They returned my call within 24 hrs. and were very polite and honest. Their employee was right on time and did a very good job. My grout lines in my kitchen and bathrooms looked like brand new !

I booked the appointment with Steambrite on the Thursday before the service. Steambrite was very helpful in providing the service based upon my schedule. Jesse from Steambrite called approximately 15 minutes before arrival to let me know he was on his way. Jesse arrived on time and was very professional. The upholstery cleaning took approximately 1.5 - 2 hours. The sofa, chair and ottoman were quite dirty. The sofa, chair, ottoman and related pillows/cushions look new and very clean. I would use Steambrite again. Absolutely recommend Steambrite.

We were happy with the results and had them come back the following week to clean shower tile and ceramic floor tile. The color of the tile went from tan to white. Excellent job and very personable. Told us cost up front so there were no surprises.

Jesse did a fantastic job. My wife was thrilled with all of the work done, especially the tile.

It was excellent and I will call them again for sure. Not only did they do a good job, but they gave me suggestions on how to deal with stain in between cleanings. It was very helpful and has worked. They were quick and efficient. They also put paper through a walkway and underneath furniture so they wouldn't damage it. They did a great job. It was a fair price for the amount of work done and the space they covered. I was able to get an appointment within 2 days that worked with my schedule.

Their service was good. I had no complaints with the work they did. I like to have the cleaners that use pet friendly chemicals/earth friendly chemicals. They did use that for me, but I was trying to find something that did a little bit of better job and used those chemicals more consistently. They were on time and everything was clean. They came when they were supposed to. He does what he says that he is going to do. I have found someone else that uses the chemicals that I prefer for my pets.

The service turned out beautifully. They were professional and they did a fantastic job. I was very impressed. They have been very professional, and the owner is a great supervisor of his staff and very conscientious. We have used them on a few different occasions.

They are awesome and they did a great job. The carpet was cleaned really well, and it didn’t have any kind of an odor, and it wasn’t harmful to pets. It dried quickly and it was an overall great experience. The value of the service is worth the price. They worked around my schedule and they were right on time because they came on my lunch schedule and he was there before I was. He was dressed nice and professional with his shirt tucked in.

They were excellent and very good. They did a very thorough job and was very complete. I had no complaints and thought he did an excellent. He also cleaned an area rug of my neighbors. The pricing was reasonable. The job was done in a timely manner. I will use them again when needed.

Stain did not come out, otherwise all was good.

I called to get info and pricing a couple weeks prior to when I could actually have the work done. I proceeded to make the appointment, a very nice man answered all my questions and setup the appointment. They came on the specified day and time promptly. They were clean and tidy in appearance, work was done in a professional way. They were done in approximately an hour. They moved a few pieces of furniture, and returned them back to their original places. They used some kind of cleaner to spot clean and enzyme remover for pet stains. My carpet in the master bedroom is only abo 1 year old. The manufacturer said it should be cleaned at least once a year by a professional. Hence why I even had it cleaned. After cleaning the carpet they sprayed what they said was a new Teflon coating which when it dryed left the carpet real stiff. The cleaners (2) left a note on my bill saying carpet had wear marks. Which I guess is why the new coating was so stiff. I did not call company. it seems minor to me. Overall they were good and professional.

Their service was excellent. They came out for an estimate and provided a discount for being an Angie's List member. They were able to finish the work in two hours. The kitchen was a difficult project and they were able to get it clean. We were selling our home and they were able to finish the work prior our first open house.

These guys are absolutely awesome! They provided an estimate for the cleaning over the phone. When the guys arrived, they measured the square footage and let me know that I had overestimated. The cost was going to be less than the original quote. The gentlemen were polite and extremely professional. They explained exactly what they were going to do before starting the work. They were done within an hour's time. I recently purchased a new home. The previous owner did the tile work himself and quite a bit of the grout ended up on the tile in a hardened state. It was bad. Steambrite's process removed at least 98% of excess grout. My floors look BRAND NEW! I would definitely use Steambrite again.

Arrived on time, and performed the cleaning of our carpets in a very friendly, professional manner. Carpet was perfect!!

Cleaning of the carpets was what I expected, our carpets were not stained, but traffic wear in some locations. We also had the shower steam cleaned, I expected more noticeable results, however, they did explain beforehand that some stains or mold imbedded in grout would not come clean with steam power.

Called at the last minute and they were very accomodating to my schedule. did a very good job of cleaning the carpet, looked great when they were done. would recommend to anyone looking to freshen up their carpets, very reasonable price.

They did a great job. Moved some stuff for us and went above and beyond. They told me on the phone they would offer us additional services when they got here. They did and it was no pressure. Surprised that they were able to get dog stains off the carpet that other companies could not remove.
