+ 0 moreNot well. They managed to cut through and disable the Frontier FIOS cable while digging in the yard. Not only to my system but my neighbors. Did they attempt to let us know? No and they would have left it if my neighbor hadn't asked them questions. After several lies from the shovel man where he claimed to call his office, the neighbor was told that he should call it in. There is more but it's just too painful to continue. They escaped the neighborhood and funny when you try and call the office after hours there is a bad answering system that drops you when you fail to have an extension. So shoddy work, no communication when damage is done and you can't reach them. Makes for a good partnership.
Description of Work: Replaced perfectly good sprinkler heads in my neighborhood. Why? because they could.

Description of Work: Rainmaker is under contract to provide yard maintenance for the HOA in my community. They do a monthly check of the irrigation system and I was notified by the HOA there is no power to my timer box. I had an electrician check it and he found that there is power. Rainmaker returned and once again said there is no power. He clearly had not checked it, but when I told him there is power, he looked at the unit again for a minute and said I had to have a replacement for $150. My Rain Bird unit was replaced with a Hunter. I was not given a choice. Although they work 2 to 3 days a week in our small neighborhood, they include a trip charge of $65 for additional work. A trip charge when they're already in the neighborhood? The tech also fixed a broken sprinkler and checked the whole system. The final charge was $265. I did not receive a user manual, warranty information, or a key to the unit that was left locked. After a few days of communicating with the HOA and Rainmaker, I was able to get a key and a link to find the manual online. Still no warranty information has been provided. If needed in the future, I will seek to hire another company.

+ 0 moreI primarily worked with Gab and they were very responsive in every way. Because they did such a great job, we decided to hire them to maintain our yard on a weekly basis. The excessive rain caused some sod to die but they came and checked the damage and put new sod down without me even asking. I found them to be phenomenal.
Description of Work: They did new landscaping around our home. They put down new sod, repaired and improved our irrigation system and they also trimmed existing trees.

Description of Work: Called on Tuesday, May 31st, and made an appointment with for someone to come over that afternoon to give me a quote on installing an entire spinkler system; along with replacing my existeing grass with sod. No phone call from the company to advise they were running late, and ultimately no one ever showed at my house.
