We had this very pricey system installed on 03/20/12. It came with a lifetime warranty. It worked well for the first few years. Contacted Pure Water Solutions and informed them that our system was leaking again and caused water damage. Previous water leak was in May 2018 with minimal wall damage. They sent a repair person to fix the most recent leak on 09/28/18. The pipe fitting was repaired. I also asked if the company was going to repair the water damage to the walls (severe mold). The water spray also caused the circuit breaker to trip shutting off the power to our refrigerator which contained perishable food items in the freezer to spoil and ruined our refrigerator. (Impossible to clean up). The repairman stated that the company would not pay for the repairs and I should expect problems like this with PVC pipes and joints. I would need to contact my insurance company and with that he handed me a bill for his service call. I told him that I was not going to pay for this repair. We are not happy with this company and will be seeking legal counsel for restitution unless we receive a positive response.

They had to keep coming back because it wasn't working right. The guy who came out turned out to be an a hole. It works good now though. The guy that was such an idiot was, Phil. My husband kept calling them because it wasn't working and that guy got frustrated with him. I wouldn't recommend them. After it was resolved it worked good. It was an excellent price. Phil was unprofessional but that was just him.
