I was thoroughly satisfied with the work and the explanation of my options Last year I had lightning strike my ac unit .... they were able to come out promptly and completed the repairs. We had 2 houses that we needed work doing in and a general a/c check up. They did the work in the first house but a week later the system started blowing hot air, so I called to get them to come back and have a look at it , it was a weekend. Firstly, i was told it was time and a half for them to come back and that i would get a call to schedule it within the next 30mins. No one called back. I then chased them several times but only got answer phone and no one called me back. So i was forced to call around and find someone else to do it. I then tried to contact them a week later to see if they could carry out the work they had quoted for on our second house and , again , nobody has bothered to answer me. i sent email and left a voice message. Very strange. So im afraid i cannot recommend this company.

I've had a very, very good experience with them. They are excellent. They are very professional and they know what they are doing. They are now our air conditioner provider. I didn't compare their prices but they seem to be the same as the others in the area.

We had need for a mini split AC unit to provide supplemental cooling for a room where we store our wine collection. After being disappointed by another company dealing with husband and wife ownership team was true breath of fresh air. They were very responsive, we were able to schedule an immediate appointment for survey, which was way more comprehensive than a sales call. Later that day we had a complete and well-conceived recommendation. They accommodated our schedule and did the install 2 days later on Saturday. The installation was very professional; Rob and his assistant took great care to make the drain and all plumbing as aesthetically. When the installation was complete they cleaned up thoroughly. You could not tell they were there. We also had them run an additional return for the room, which was very neatly installed. They also identified a problem with our soffits that had been overlooked by a recent purchase inspection. We'll be having that repaired soon, would great if they can do it. I would enthusiastically recommend Profficient Air to anyone looking for quality HVAC work.
