Pelican Car Care

AWFUL!!! An employee from Pelican STOLE my JBL Bluetooth Speaker from under the drivers seat. Manager did NOTHING and he believes his employees did not STEAL speaker, well they most certainly stole my 4 month old Speaker! This business should not be in business!!

We drove our vehicle to their site. Our radio was set to 100.7, a station playing english pop music (we don't understand any other language). The vehicle was taken to their work area, where the window tinting service was completed for two hours. The window tinting itself was of good quality. They handed us the keys and we boarded the vehicle which was at this time parked outside the office of Pelican Car Care. The vehicle won't start , we realized that the battery was dead. The staff was kind enough to recharge the battery. We got the engine running and the radio started blasting spanish music. That was when we realized that the hispanic workers kept the radio on, the doors open with the key in the ignition. The vehicle is set to make a beeping sound when a door is ajar. Needless to say, the vehcile was making the beeping sound for 2 hours with the radio on full volume. No wonder the battery died! Nobody at Pelican Car Care apologized for the incident. We just replaced the battery sometime in 2009, which should have been good for another 2 or some years. The battery died 2 months later, as we were starting the car to go to work on a Monday morning.

Very efficient, did not take much time to do it. Were very reasonably priced (40$ per window). They did a really good job and were recommended by the dealer I purchased the car from.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THERE ARE NO BUBBLES. THE CAR WAS DONE WHEN THEY PROMISED AND THEY FIT ME IN WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. THEY ALSO WASHED AND VACUUMED MY CAR AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. IT WAS RAINING WHEN I CAME TO PICK UP THE CAR AND THEY PULLED THE CAR TO THE FRONT FOR ME AND WIPED THE RAIN OFF THE INSIDE OF THE DRIVER'S DOOR. IT WAS LIKE A VALET SERVICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO A FRIEND.
