His price was the very best out of all people that we called. His work was really good. I was pleased with his staff, they did a good job. He was little hard to get hold of sometimes. I think my husband had a harder time getting him. He did get the job done on the said date and accommodate us even though it was difficult to get hold of him sometime.

The price was very reasonable. They were excellent. They were clean and fast. They were in and out within two days. They cleaned up after themselves both times at night. Everything was clean, the floors were mopped and they took away everything. I couldn't have been happier. I would certainly use them again.

This team is outstanding. Paul is responsive, highly communicative, direct, and has a great sense of humor. His team does high quality, efficient work, and leaves the scene every day very clean. They did all this work in 3 stages -- 1st: guest bathroom (full gut and replace); 2nd: master bathroom (replaced floors, counter, shower, surrounds, sills, some reconstruction, lighting, and retained tub, toilet, shower door); 3rd: finally the house flooring & kitchen backsplash. The bathrooms are beautiful -- they added nice touches like a bench in the shower, Schluter border around the edges (super clean finish), and a cool mosaic transition from one tile style to another. They also work very quickly -- only one week per project, and they were there when they told me they would be. The flooring project was the result of a burst pipe. Paul moved other jobs around to get us back in business -- in fact, I had to put him off a week so I could pack everything up. He advised me about how to stay within my insurance budget and kept me from making dumb design decisions. He also directed me to an area tile dealer where I got what I wanted for a very reasonable price ($2/sq.ft.). I can't praise this team highly enough. In fact, the insurance adjuster saw the work Paul's team did in the bathrooms and said "I'm jealous." The place looks gorgeous, and I feel the price was more than fair.

Paul and his team were fantastic from the first day to the last. Paul was very fair with his estimate for the work performed and was able to get me a better price on the tile I chose to make it work for my budget. They had to make some minor changes to the bathroom, but the price didn't change. The perfect part of hiring Paul, was that his company was the "one-stop-shop" for me and I didn't have a number of people coming in and out of the house. The team of 4 workers were extremely polite, worked hard and did a fantastic job. The bathroom looks outstanding and I plan on hiring Paul again to remove and re-tile my kitchen. I highly recommend him.

We did not go with them because of the price because it was high. Our experience with them getting the estimate was good. We would tell others that he has been in business for a long time and seemed to know what he was doing.

He has a crew that has been with him for a long time. They are incredibly competent, efficient, professional and courteous. Paul does not do the tile, his crew does but he comes to the site at least once a day to monitor his crew and the work and to make sure we are happy. His crew did move the furniture for us too. He is a nice person to work with. He is very engaging and they do excellent work.

I have to say I was more than a little concerned when I got only a verbal quote for the different parts of the job. But Paul is a local guy with a great crew of workers. They are hard working, very honest and produce excellent quality work in both tiling and plumbing. Paul was an excellent communicator, keeping me informed of problems, delays etc. In summary, whatever he quoted or promised he delivered with excellent quality in a timely manner.

The workmanship and detailing that went into our Phase I Master bathroom remodeling, simply put is ? gorgeous. These guys mean serious business! First the breakdown: they started the project as scheduled; very well-organized and work through almost non-stop (for lunch break; they do have to eat you know). To elaborate on Paul?s crew work efficiency, in less than an hour, a dated bathroom stall, tiles, track doors and vinyl floor were disassembled and pulled out from the shower area and discarded. Next, the transformation was exciting to witness ? smartly laid tiles with minimum grout lines, Moen plumbing, fresh paint, installation of new ventilation fan, chic flooring and accessories went into place. Oh, and have I mentioned all this transpired in two solid days and no headaches?!? Talk about instant gratification + beautification of a quality built bathroom!

The crew of five showed up on time and worked very hard while on site. They had to level out the concrete floor as they worked because it was very uneven. They cleaned up after themselves. The work was finished in two days, and it is beautiful.

When Paul's crew arrived, the first thing they did was to put down heavy runners so as to not soil any areas that they would be walking on. At the end of each day ( they work from about 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM) they clean up and when the leave each evening, everything is clean. Now it has been a while since I have experienced that with a contractor. His crews are on the site every day until the job is completed. Their company is set up to get in, get done, and get out. Very pleased with the entire process.
