+ -1 moreWe have used Duane's services for about 4 years, recommended to us from a good friend and he is ALWAYS honest, professional and helpful. Duane came out today and explained about how Phil's laptop has changed, thanks to Microsoft. He was so helpful, as ALWAYS in explaining things. He was able to go in the back door to delete my outbox totally and reinstate it. He then explained in detail the different options I had for emailing/sending pictures from lowering the resolution setting on the camera to using winzip or using flash drive to take to business partner (Real Estate) and also to burn the flash drive to a disk and overnight it to the client. Duane has helped us so many times from picking out a new Dell tower and saved us $ by buying reconditioned and got us all the right stuff to go with it and installed it. I can't believe that I haven't shared our experiences with Duane (Palm Harbor Computer) before and feel bad because he is the most honest, professional and helpful PC person I have had the pleasure to know! So many times one of us has had trouble and emailed him and he would just help us correct the problem at no charge. He also emailed me what I needed to do weekly and monthly to maintain my computer's health - defrag, disk clean up, etc. He fixes everything, teaches you how to do stuff like download pictures or whatever else you want to learn! You will appreciate his professionalism and knowlege!! Don't hestiate to call him!
Description of Work: We called Duane tor appointment to come to the house to fix problems with my husband's laptop (changes Microsoft made that we weren't aware of) and fix my PC because I tried emailing 54 pictures and it naturally got jammed & locked up my email for 3 day! I should have known better. We have consulted Duane so many times over the last 4 years and can't believe I haven't written any reports before now! You will be VERY happy if you all him for help with your computer.
