They use a more natural product; there are no pesticides. There is no toxic residue or smell and we have used them since we built the house. The experience is very positive and they usually come early. I will use them again in the future.

He is professional. He is really sweet with the kids and did a really nice job with good results.

Dom was very prompt, professional, polite & friendly. He explained everything, including the termite itself, & the infestation process, before starting treatment. He used drop cloths to protect carpet, moved all furniture back into place when finished. Before starting, he also checked outside for evidence of Mediterranian Termites & found none.

I was a new homeowner in Florida, at the time, and Dominic was a big help. He had advice for me every time I had a problem. He was also honest about the Termidor application, it turns out you're only supposed to have Termidor put down every five years. The house had had the treatment about a year and half ago, and I did have others come to the house who told me I would need the treatment even though I didn't. Every time he came he solved whatever bug problem I had. I thought he was a good investment.

STAYS PEST FREE. HAVE USED HIM FOR 8 YEARS. HE COMES ON TIME AND IS POLITE. HE RETURNS CALLS PROMPTLY AND IF HE IS OUT OF TOWN THERE IS A SUBSTITUTE WORKER.

WHEN TOLD THAT THEY WOULD SPRAY THE CRAWL SPACE AND ATTIC, I ASSUMED THEY WOULD CRAWL UP INTO THE ATTIC OR UNDER THE CRAWL SPACE. HOWEVER, THEY SPRAYED FROM STANDING AT THE ACCESS POINTS. WHEN CONFRONTED WITH THIS, THEY BECAME ANGRY AND DEFENSIVE AND CLAIMED THE SPRAY WOULD REACH THE LENGTH OF THE HOUSE. NOTICING DAMAGED WALL FROM ROOF LEAKS, THEY VOLUNTEERED TO COME BACK AFTER THE PLASTER WAS REMOVED TO RECOAT THE AREA. HE RETURNED WHEN REQUESTED AND, IN ADDITION, SPRAYED IN ANOTHER CEILING AREA NOT COVERED PREVIOUSLY.

The technician Domenic is very personable and knowledgable. He does an excellent job.
