Their final price actually came in below the estimate. We have had minor service issues and they have been super responsive. I have reccomend them to my friends.

+ -1 moreWe ended up not moving forward with the entertainment system due to changes in work situation and opted to hold off on any kind of system install due to the potential of moving. If we were to go back to the idea of installing a system, we would definitely get back in touch with Music and Cinema as our #1 choice as provider.
Description of Work: The provider came out, evaluated what would be needed to set up the entertainment system in our family room then went back to the office and designed a system and layout that would work best. This design was then reviewed with us, some edits made and an estimate was put together based on the design. All was done with extreme professionalism and respect for our needs and wishes.

When asked to confirm this requirement, it was credited off ( all work is low voltage and not required). Other than that, all work was performed as as contracted. I plan to consider M&C for the equipment installation.

+ 0 moreBuilding a house is a long and often painful process. We would say that Music and Cinema was one of the best subcontractors we used on the whole project. Not only were they reliable and produced an excellent product, but they were also able to troubleshoot and adapt to our needs or other subcontractors requirements. I would highly recommend them!
Description of Work: Music and Cinema (M&C) handled all of the design, wiring and equipment installation for audio, video, internet, phone and home monitoring in our newly built house. I don't even think I can fully describe all of the work they did. They installed an audio system with 7 zones throughout the house (inside and outside) that can play the same or different music. M&C ran ethernet to all bedrooms, offices, family room, and living room and set up our in home network. They designed and installed a tech closet for us that houses all of our electronics (cable, dvd, dvr, etc) which we control through our ipads and iphones and installed our televisions. M&C also designed and installed a home monitoring system for us with cameras and motion lights around our house.

+ -1 moreThe system work great but did have a intermittent problem with receiver.When Wayne or associates would come out to check problem out -problem would never show up.One day about 1 year and 6 months later receiver went out completely.Receiver was under warranty but labor was not.Work with Jeffriz Gazlay on issues of labor and service came out and took out receiver and send back for repair.The repair of the receiver took a little more time than expected but I must say the help of Jeffriz took care of most of the labor cost associated with the call.Thanks Jeffric for all the help! So once again I would recommend Music and Cinema Inc for all your HOME THEATER NEEDS!

+ -1 moreoveral l a great experience, i did get estimates from other vendors, each time, gearing back towards Music and Cinema because of our prior experience and also due to the professionalism which is hard to find these days.
Description of Work: Jeffric worked with us back when we built our Custom home in 2004.(spent approx $6000.00 then ) He had pre-wired the home for future audio visual equipment. He worked with us then to customize each aspect of the design that we intended for our home, at the time it was a little pricey, but mostly because there was a builders mark up having dealt with him THRU our home builder. now, this month, we contacted him again to get a comeptitive estimate ($8600) for installation of in ceiling speakers and audio equipment. We are planning to set up different zones in the home that we can control with gadgets such as our own iphones/ ipads. He will be installing Sonos units to allow us this cool feature of playing off our itunes and also all other programs ie: spotify, pandora etc. We have been pricing this out and going back to the drawing board alot to meet our price point and also to be able to not sacrifice on what our wish list is, and he has been patient all thru this process. He was VERY PROMPT, responded to all my emails and phone calls that same day, also called and followed up with us when he stated he would (unlike some other vendors who charged me for an estimate and never gave one til i called them 10 days later to ask where the estimate i paid for was) . We are very happy with our experience thus far............looking for the bowers n wilkins setup in the home!!! will update once i actually get the system in, but we're ready to proceed with install! Thanks for your help jeffric!

+ -1 moreThey were very professional from start to finish. Wayne Wright was very professional and took care of us. They were some issues if they would be able to get it done before the Thanksgiving holiday and I pressured him. It was a two day project and they were here the day before Thanksgiving from 9 am to 3 pm finishing it. We were very satisfied with them. That system was expensive. He hooked up all our game systems and it is tremendous. It is really nice. He threw in some additional things that were not part of the package and he didn't charge us for those.
Description of Work: We used Music and Cinema to do a complete surround sound in our living room, minus the TVs. It included the cabinetry, speakers in the walls and around the area. It included a complete hookup and check up.
