Had their service for 1-1/2 years. Started out they were always on time, did a fair job for the price. No problems for one year. After a year of service and a payment made in the first week of every month there became a billing issue. First they said I was one month behind. I was not, but after several weeks of bickering, and them sending me a list of payments (with a payment in the first week of every month) we were still unable to come to an agreement. I paid an extra month's service with my bill. A few months went by and they said I was a month behind again. Last few months they would come and spend a total of 10 minutes to mow front, back, edge and blow. Needless to say the job was sloppy. Called them back twice to come back. Unable to resolve the second billing "issue", I paid and fired them.

Response from LAWNCORP
I'm sorry I'm just seeing this comment now. However, in response I'd like to say that we use Quickbooks for accounting, our records are impeccable. My accountant has never had a complaint about my record keeping. Quickbooks shows all invoices and all payments on one screen, I'm able to print an audit of the account, which is what I sent to this client on several occasions (all documented in the QB program). The payment we received in Dec. 07, paid for services in Nov. 07, the next payment we received was in Jan. 08, which paid for Dec. services. I think you can see where this is going, from that point we tried to bring the account up to date, with a payment in March 08, the account was current, however, it again became delinquent. Service was terminated July 31, 2008. I can send you the audit if you care to see it. Records are kept indefinitely.
