I called Kelley Sprinklers and left a voice mail. That evening Larry Kelley promptly returned my phone call and scheduled to come out the next day between 12 and 2pm. The next day at 11am, Larry called and said he wasn't far away and could he come a little early. I was absolutely delighted that they were going to show up and on top of it they would be early! They arrived exactly when he said they would. He and his assistant immediately set to work on the busted pipe. My husband asked him about replacing our very old timer mechanism on the system and he advised us to keep the one we had since it was a good product and wasn't broken, it was just old. He did not try to upwell us or even just agree to create more cost to us when he knew it wasn't needed. After repairing the main pipe and letting the glue dry, they began evaluating and repairing the rest of the sprinklers. Kelley sprinklers were knowledgable, fair, punctual and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this company over and over again.

Mr. Kelley is the Jedi Master of sprinkler systems. His original estimate (given on May 23, 2012) did not include problems which were discovered only after he began to work on our system. He changed his estimate but did not add to his total cost. He is patient, competent, and very fair. Our system is now working to our complete satisfaction, with top-of-the-line upgrades to equipment and layout. Thank you, Mr. Kelley!

Good. Larry was on time and very considerate of our scheduling issue. Parts and labor was about $100. The only issue I have is the $55 service trip charge when Larry's shop is 4.9 miles from my house. He appears to be independent which is what I was looking for. I can understand a service charge when you have a secretary, a scheduler and a fleet of trucks to pay for.

Larry (Kelley) was very easy to work with and although the overall cost was high, he gave me a firm quote and was reasonable in making any necessary adjustments. (For example, he found some additional problems with my systems once he started working. He gave me a reasonable quote to handle the additional work.) Larry was very flexible in working with the paver installation company. I'm very pleased with their work and professionalism, and plan to continue to use Kelley to maintain my system.

He does a good job and he is very reasonable. I believe he is very honest. He won't replace things that don't need to be replaced. I trust him. If he says something is bad, I feel confident it is bad. He put in a well for $1800 which is really reasonable, and that included the pump and everything. He usually charges about 90 dollars to replace a valve. He has thrown in extra work. If he sees anything else, he will take care of it and not charge me for it.

I have called Larry many times in the past 9 years and have always been pleased with the service. He is very knowlegable and I trust his advice and expertise.

THESE WERE TWO SEPERATE TRIPS. EACH TIME HE DID NEAT WORK AND CLEANED UP THE MESS. HE IS QUITE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT HE IS DOING. HE WILL ANSWER ALL OF YOUR QUESTIONS AND DOES NOT LEAVE UNTIL EVERYTHING IS CHECKED OUT.

HE CAME OUT FOR AN ESTIMATE. VERY NICE PERSON AND HE ARRIVED WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD.

VERY CAPABLE AND EXPERIENCED. EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING AND WHY. MR KELLY ALSO MADE A FEW SUGGESTIONS OF HOW TO KEEP THIS FROM HAPPENING AGAIN.
