Description of Work: None. Although highly rated I phoned for help and 8:20 AM - got a recording - and he did not call back until after 3PM. That won't cut it for me. I got someone else (see report submitted for them). Charlie Barnett

Description of Work: My 2 Laptops were running very slow. Robert came out and cleaned them up and got them running faster for us, removed unneeded files and updated our virus programs. He also suggested better ways for us to protect our systems when our current virus program expired. Our 3rd PC had died and he gave us options on replacing it without breaking our budget. Its' refreshing speaking to someone who is knowledgeable but also has your interest in mind.
