+ -1 moreJohn was the guy who came out and he loaded our Apple AirPort utility so that our laptop could talk to it. He spent quite a bit of time doing it and it was working great when he left. He was a really great guy and really nice and he put in a lot of work on it, but it crashed the very next day. It was working great when he left and maybe it was me fiddling with it that actually caused the crash.
Description of Work: Helping Hand Computers integrated our laptop with an Apple AirPort utility.
