Description of Work: Damaged furniture, I am going to have to have a professional come in to to fix the damage done to my floors. Protection was only put down after I said something. I do not think that they took "be careful" very seriously. I tipped prior to realizing how much damage they had done. Just a note, the floors are brand new.

Description of Work: Greenlite moved me from St. Petersburg to Clearwater. All went well, crew was nice and helpful. They were also fast. Only issue was couple of pieces of furnature was scratched in the moving process.

Description of Work: They were very professional and kept my updated through the whole process. I purchased a 3hr special and they were doing their best to fit in that timeframe however my fridge was incorporative. They asked if I wanted them to continue, knowing it would cost me money. I would use them again in the future

Description of Work: The move took 8 hours. I should have asked for an estimate of total time and cost to complete the move before purchasing the "deal." Moving team seemed to move a little slowly, and although I appreciate care of handling our belongings, I think wrapping/taping/dismantling was done in excess which took a lot of time, and I suspect it was done to milk the moving time. For this reason, I would not recommend this company unless you receive an acceptable firm total estimate of cost before hiring.

Description of Work: Greenlite movers moved my apartment, including a piano from Oldsmar, FL to Saint Petersburgh, FL. They were on time, but not prepared for the move. The asked to borrow tools both from me and the new complex I moved into. Although I was told they had experience moving a piano, this was not true. The piano was damaged during the move and no compensation was offered, since the damage was cosmetic and did not impact the use of the piano. The movers were very polite and clean. If you only have boxes and typical furniture (table, bed, dresser, etc)this company would probably be fine. If you have unusual objects like art work, piano, etc. I would not use them.
