Greenlite Movers was hired initially to assist my 84-year-old father in relocating some heavy woodworking equipment from his former home in Belleair to his new home in Largo. Greenlite showed up on time, moved everything as agreed, and did not charge an unreasonable market rate for doing so. Impressed by the service, consideration was given to hiring Greenlite again to move the rest of the items in the house. Owing to a number of circumstances, however, another moving company was hired to handle moving some of the furniture. Much of the rest of the furniture and other personal effects were sold at a private estate sale, moved incrementally by friends and relatives, or given to family members, leaving a few large items remaining to be moved. Greenlite was contacted about moving these remaining items on a Monday, a week before my father was required to vacate the house. The very same day, Greenlite's president and owner, Steven Keblin, wrote in an e-mail that "I can promise you we are very efficient and would love to assist you," and quoted a price and an estimated time frame. In a subsequent e-mail on Tuesday, he wrote "I will fit you in in the next few days, please be patient. We will get you done." Next, he sent an e-mail agreeing to arrive at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday morning. We were delighted, and notified my father that Greenlite would be there in the morning at 8:30 a.m. to take care of his remaining items. Tuesday evening, Keblin then sent an e-mail out of the blue, inquiring whether my father had already had movers move him out of the house. Before a response could even be sent, he sent a terse e-mail saying "Unfortunately, we are unable to help you with your relocation. I apologize for any inconvenience." When we asked for his reasons, he sent a second and final terse e-mail saying, "This is Steven 100% unable to assist." Steven, we are 100% unable to recommend you or your company. Sidney W. This was a very fast move - I called about a week before the move, yet they were able to accommodate all my needs and made the move quickly and efficiently. They provided boxes, newsprint and tape, which they dropped off the day before the move, for packing up the smaller items. Steve answered all telephone calls promptly and kept in touch with me to see my progress. On the day of the move, they arrive right on time, and worked quickly, yet took care of the furniture and other items. Steve was careful not to inconvenience other residents in the assisted facility. The workmen were friendly and helpful - even offering to get my luggage to my car. They stored the items neatly in the storage area, arranging them so we could most easily remove items that we might need. They even locked up the storage unit, checked the lock and provided me with a bottle of water before they left. They took care of me very well, and finished the job amazingly fast. It was a great help in a very busy week.

They arrived on time, took very good care of our belongings and worked late to get the job done.

Greenlite Movers is a remarkable, customer service focused, organization that really understand the needs and expectations of its clients. I highly recommend them to any person requiring moving or logisitics assistance. They were extremely professional and trustworthy. My wife and I recently used them to help unpack and organize our garage following a recent relocation to the Tampa Bay area and they did a tremendous job completing a task in 1 day that would have otherwise taken me months to complete. I liked them so much that I later hired them to install storage racks in my garage, hang pictures and place felt padding under furniture in my entire home and discard dozens of boxes and packing material which was left over following our unpacking. They are a full, turn-key, operation. I know that you will not be disappointed if you hire them.

It started with a recommendation from a friend, who was scheduled to use Greenlite for his own move a few weeks before my own. Seeing how I rely on Angie's list for most things, and seldom hire a service provider not listed, I was very reluctant. So much so, I told my friend I would wait until after his move before making a decision. When his wife raved about how well the move went, I called Steve and scheduled my own move. Simply put, the move went better than I every imagined. Had I known there were movers that treat your possessions like their own, yet manage to do in a few hours that which would take me two entire weekends - I never would have moved myself so many times before. Seriously, paying for these moves might be the best money I've every spent. I get that impression that Greenlite is a relatively small company because Steve was onsite the entire time both moves and worked every bit as hard as the others. He was available both times I needed him on my preferred dates, worked around my schedule, and followed up via e-mail and phone leading up to both moves making sure I had everything I needed. Everyone on the crew was professional and courteous, and while they took the time upon arrival to quickly go over how they planned to pack the truck, POD, etc., they never slowed down. On the first job, I had a lot going on and couldn't be at any one of the three locations most of the day - they took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, told me not to worry about leaving them to themselves, and when I met back up with them at the end of the day, everything was exactly as we discussed. I didn't have any reservations leaving Steve and his crew completely unsupervised. I really can't say enough good things about them - a true class action. They used runners to keep the floors clean, packing materials to keep my possessions clean, more than enough moving blankets, and didn't break or scratch a thing. I will definitely use Steve everytime I need to move something, and will recommend him and his company to everyone I know.
