steve triple confirmed the time before the date, and reconfirmed again before the move - i had no doubts about a no show. Guys were running a few minutes behind and called to let me know. They were very pleasant and professional - they had enough blankets and other moving supplies, and knew how to secure things properly - would highly recommend.

This company was very professional from the start. Within hours of purchasing the Angie's List deal, my daughter was contacted to set a date and time for the move. The day of the move, we were called and apprised that the movers were running a few minutes late. They again called to let us know where they were. Once the papers were signed and we did a quick run through of the house, they quickly and efficiently moved things into the truck. Elliott and Brian did an amazing job - the furniture was handled with care - not a bump, scratch or mark on a wall. They treated everything as if it was their own. I can't say enough about how amazingly hard and fast they worked. The furniture was moved to a 3rd floor storage facility and that part of the job went quickly and flawlessly. They made one other stop to bring a piece of furniture to a different location. The whole job took 3 hours on the dot.

From initial contact Greenlite movers were extremely prompt and professional. Let us know they were on their way moving day, arrived at storage facility on time. Loaded quickly and carefully and then came to house and picked up a few things before heading to my daughters apartment. I had purchased an Angie's Deal for 3 hours and was hoping it would not go into over chargers and they were done in 21/2 hours. Nothing was dented or scratched and Chad and Ryan were so easy to work with and very accommodating. Would absolutely use them again and have already given their name to a friend.

They were awesome. It rained that day and they waited until the heavy rain stopped to finish with the moving. The moving crew was very good and they protected the furniture and walls. All of our belongings were handled professionally and properly. They accommodated me because I needed to move the date further out.

From the initial call to the last piece of assembly, Steve and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Steve took the time to walk through every step of the move so there were no surprises. His crew was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. (For example, one crew member fixed a table for me that I had set up incorrectly. It took only 5 minutes, but meant a lot to me.). I recommend Greenlite highly.

Crew showed up on time and after a short walk through they got right to work. Items were wrapped and loaded and dropped off at two locations. We are anticipating a whole house move and won't have to search around for a mover and will be contacting Greenlite. Thanks for a great job!

First of all Steven Keblin is amazing. The crew he sent out was extremely professional and efficient. Between my many date changes with the closing of my house and the reschedules of the moving dates, there was some confusion regarding the date for Sunday's move. I spoke with Steven who quickly assured me he would find a solution and would call back shortly. Below is the timeline from my first contact with Steven and his callback for a solution. If customer service was a script, below is perfection: 9:44am - called Steven with an inquiry regarding the move and left a voice mail 9:51am - Steven returned my call and we spoke about the date issues and he would call me back with a solution 10:06am - Solution provided, Steven scrambled a team together so we would be able to move on Sunday 11:11am - Team called to let me know they where on the way and should arrive in 30-40 minutes 11:30am - Steven followed up to make sure the team had contacted me and they where on the way 11:50am - The team arrived As a customer, I understand issues arise and things happen. What was unique is Steven did not become defensive, was calm and left me with confidence a solution would be provided. I would use them again and recommend them for any moving / storage needs

Steve and his crew were very professional. They wrapped all my furniture in moving blankets and made sure that nothing was damaged along the way. They worked hard for the 8 hours that they spent moving my home. I was happy with the services they provided.

We we very happy with Chad and Jamie. They were very attentive to our needs and didn?t bat an eye at the dirt and dust and pee from the dogs in our home. (We do rescue and sometimes it can get pretty nasty no matter how much I try) I talked with Chad about finishing the job when we need it after the house sells

Greenlite Movers were astonishing! We had so many family issues with health problems that day and I just didn't know how this was going to work, but we needed to move to the new house. You would have thought these people were related to us, they were so kind and had true work ethics. I've not seen that in America for many years. These folks belong on the top of Angie's List. Details you want...my wife just had surgery the day before and when they got close to where she was they kept as quiet as a mouse but worked as fast as you could imagine in getting done in a timely fashion. They cared about everything and packed things so neatly. With my wife ill, I just didn't care how they got the stuff to our new house but they did. You would have thought our possessions belonged to the movers. I recently joined Angie's List, and this is my first referral from Angie's List. This is the only way to choose a service in my book!

The service turned out great. Those guys are really good guys, and they did a good job. They are very business like, they cleaned up after themselves, and I would hire them again a heart beat.

These guys were incredible! I cannot say enough about how their care for our belongings really impressed us. They went out of their way to make our move as easy as possible. I definitely would recommend them to anyone who is anxious about a move of this kind. They were very professional and worked the whole time, with one short break for lunch. Great guys! Great service!

The move would have went flawlessly EXCEPT the washer was damaged (turns out a filter was jarred). Once I was able to overcome the shock and horror off water poring out of my front load washer on to the second floor laundry room (thank god I go a drip pan!) I think they did a good job overall. On the washer, they told me to call who I wanted get to fixed ASAP and they would pay the cost to make it right. Luckily it was a minor repair and it didn't cost to much to get it fixed. Again it was about a full 8.5 hours for them to disassemble move and reassemble everything (had bunk beds, cribs, major bedroom sets, huge armour, etc). Considering how much stuff we have I am satisfied with the time. The most important thing is everyone, the owner, the crew chief, even the loaders seemed to be happy with their job. They took pride in their work and awards. They were mortified that the washer was damaged and went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed and I was compensated.

Went wonderful! initially contacted the company on the phone and owner took the time to answer all of our questions. The second contact was via email, which was immediately responded to, letting me know he was on a job and would call at "x" time, and he followed through We were quoted that the move would take 4-6 hours. The movers called when they were 15 minutes from the pick-up location, and worked HARD and completed the move and set-up in 3 hours and 55 minutes. It was an overall great experience!

It turned out very well. The owner was professional, personable and on time. It was a big deal purchase. There was an additional charge of $40 for transportation.

The service was excellent. They were prompt, very thorough, and nothing was broken. They were friendly, professional, and I was extremely pleased with the service. Steve, the owner, came to give me an estimate personally. He was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. The price was very reasonable and I thought it was the best money I have ever spent. I would also refer them to anyone who is looking to move locally and I will definitely use their service again.
