Greenlite Movers

They were such good sports! The storage facility was not as advertised and much of my stuff had been destroyed by rats. I warned them before hand and they went in with gloves. They were very helpful. They warned me about which stuff I really should not keep and even helped by carting it away. I was very grateful for all their extra help.

Steven was very easy to get a hold of and schedule that date and time of my move. He called me in the morning to tell me the time he would arrive and was prompt. They took great care to make sure they didn't damage any of my item. All around no problems as everything went flawless

Because of a complication at the office they arrived 30 minutes late. Fortunately, they called in advance to notify me and they discounted the service for the inconvenience. Very polite and courteous.

Greenlite did an outstanding job all around from being there on time and ready to go, working hard and efficiently throughout the day and they were very courteous and polite. The only issue we had was with some minor damage to the top of my son's dresser that they tried to cover up with some not quite matching stain of some kind. I did not notice the damage until after they left and I this is not a valuable piece of furniture or anything, but the cover up left a bad taste about doing business with them. Had they told me I would not have even ask for them to repair it as I had some matching stain (Ikea blue) in the garage from repairing some damage from a leaking battery a few months earlier...that was one of the reasons I am so certain there was no damage before the move...I had just worked on the finish recently. Update: The owners were very concerned about the minor damage the crew did and even more so that they covered it up. The were very apologetic and willing to do whatever it took to make things right. Thanks to Debbie for reaching out to see what could be done to make us completely satisfied. UPDATE#2: I was pleasantly surprised to find a $50 check in the mail today (7/8/14) from Greenlite. I had not asked for any refund or compensation but it was appreciated. Thank you!

We had a window of time to move out of our house & into our new house. They didn't show up on time & caused everyone to be late. I told them how important it was to be out by a certain time & they still showed up 3 hours late. We had everything moved already out of the house by the time they showed up.

move completed! I thought 3-5 hours and one 26'. truck load would do it, easy! Got a on Angie's list and got a deal for 3 men and a truck for 3 hours $329 and an additional $120 per hour after. They showed up at 9:00 am we were up at 7:30 am (shudder). From 9:00am until 9:00pm they worked and they worked! Two 26 foot truck loads packed to the brim each time. I have never in my long 67 years ever seen faster, harder working, more conscientious men! Yes, I am using a lot of exclamation points but for a reason. After they were done I was in awe and totally exhausted. Not from just watching but from trying to help with what to take and where to put it upon arrival. As you know we were emptying out our personal unit and three other rental units into our own one unit and the rest was going to an auction and goodwill. Well I plan on posting this letter to you and on Angie's List so people will realize what to expect from Steven/Steve and his crew. I have only written maybe two to three reviews of folks in my life. I want to let the people know that Greenlight Movers here in the Clearwater/Tampa Bay Area are probably the most hardworking, fast working folks I have ever seen. Steven and Ryan of Greenlite Movers provided a great service for a difficult moving job. They showed up exactly on time and hustled all the way through the job. The weather was really hot and overly humid, but they kept working without stopping other than to take a drink of water. They were extremely careful in packing and protecting furniture and other items. They took apart a three-piece dining table and then put it back together at the new location. The couches were heavy and the support legs had to be removed to fit in the door at the new location. They really cared about doing a good job for the customer. Overall a great job performance and I highly recommend Greenlite Movers.

I purchased a Big Deal about a month in advance of the move. In the beginning when I had questions, I would call or email and had a very hard time to get a response back. As the move date was closer, as in a few days before the move, the response emails was much better. I almost cancelled the service because of the lack of response. I am glad I did not. On the day of the move, Brian and Elliot were wonderful. The move went very well.

Greenlite was very professional in all that they did. Although it was a slow process, they completed the expeditiously. They laid down pads to walk on so as not to dirty carpet/flooring, they inspected all the furniture prior to moving to assess for existing damage, they broke down all the large items, packed/wraped them and secured the safely in the truck. They were extra careful with fragile items, as well as avoiding hitting walls and doors, and in several instances they had to remove doors to get large items out. At the new house they worked with us to get the furniture in the right rooms and helped us set them up; they also put back together most of the items they took apart; as a time saver I told them I would put what was left together. The move went very smoothly and I would use them again!

They were on time and very professional. The "Big Deal" was for three hours of moving but it took them closer to six hours so I paid $300 of regular rate of moving. That was the only downside because everybody that I had quote with said that they'll get us moved within three to four hours. They took a lot longer but they did a very good job. I would recommend them.

they were the best! Got right to it - fast and efficient while still being caring and considerate with my parents. At the new address My Mom wanted advice and support in decorating and layout and they had great patience with finally getting things just to her liking. The whole crew was diligent and respectful. We found the right guys for our move.

Below is the review written by my sister-in-law: The two men were punctual, professional, kind and well-prepared. I had purchased their services for 3 hours and being that I was at the back of a third floor complex with stairs only, I was unsure they could move everything. When they arrived, I told them I needed them to move ONLY the few large pieces that were too heavy for me. While loading those pieces, they inquired about the 20 - 30 large totes and boxes I had packed and planned to move by myself. When I explained my uncertainty to them, they immediately assured they could get it all. I was still uncertain, but agreed to let them proceed. To my surprise, they were able to quickly and safely pack ALL OF IT into their truck. We arrived at my new apartment and they began unloading everything neatly into my unit. Halfway through, they brought in my washer and dryer. As they kept unloading, I attached my washer but noticed I had the wrong plug attached to my dryer and it would not work. I am a 34 year old woman and my electrician experience is limited to changing a light bulb. I was afraid that I needed to purchase a whole new dryer! They took notice of my dismay and knew immediately without asking that I needed to swap the plug. One of the men went back to his truck and came back in with the CORRECT plug. I was first, shocked (no pun intended) at how prepared he was - second, when he offered it to me in exchange for the one attached to my dryer and THIRD, when he installed the correct one on the spot with his own tools! ---Of course, I compensated him monetarily in addition to my agreed upon cost--- Even including the installation of my new plug, they we still able to finish unloading EVERYTHING into my new apartment EXACTLY on time. They were a delight to use, again, were WELL-prepared and I did not feel unsafe or concerned whatsoever by the men. I have a year lease and intend on moving to a new place - as I told them, I will use their service definitely in the future and recommend them to everybody that will listen.

We had purchased a big deal and they did an excellent job.

They arrived later than expected but called ahead of time so we knew they would be late. They were very cautious with our furniture and wrapped it carefully. They worked efficiently together and wasted no time. At the new place, they placed boxes and furniture where directed and took the same care with the furniture. We had purchased a 'big deal' but they were unable to complete the job in the amount of time that we paid for. We knew up front what the additional cost per hour would be and had no complaints about paying as both movers worked hard and wasted no time. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

They left me high and dry 24 hours before my move. I'm sure they will come up with some great excuse, but for the customer there is no excuse. They couldn't even call to let me know. Just a one line email that says we have to cancel tomorrow and contact angies list for a refund.

Good move. Very proffessional. Keep lots of cold water on hand for these movers because there was no slacking. They worked with haste the entire time and were very careful with everything. Thank you Greenlite Movers.

They did a great job. They even had room for me to take an old walk-behind plow that I used as garden art. I will definitely be using them again. I had to put everything in storage, since my home sold so quickly and I haven't made a decision about my next place. But when I do, Steven and his crew will get my call.

Elliot Jamie and Ryan were very professional and extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend them. They helped me with extra things and made the move very easy.

They arrived promptly at 2:45PM, my 'window' was 2:30 to 3PM at my request. They were FAST and thorough, charming, polite and got everything wrapped and loaded within the first hour. My house was about 20 minutes away but they still had everything unwrapped and placed in the specified rooms in UNDER the 2 hours I'd purchased for the 'deal of the day' at $135.00. They were so efficient and personable that I asked them if i could buy another 1/2 hour of labor so that they could set up the bed and set up a day bed I'd had disassembled since the double bed was going into guest room. Daybed had bent bolt that they FIXED for me and thus were able to reassemble the daybed. I would have had to call in a handyman for that job alone. Also asked if they could take down a large, heavy mirror and replace it with the new one. But new one didn't have wire hanger, so Chad said he could bring proper hanging materials and wall anchors next time and do the job properly. I was thrilled to say the least. because I've spent a great deal of time looking for someone to do just that. I've employed handymen who were slow and overcharged assuming consumers don't have choices. So I was very happy to find Chad and Ryan! Greenlite are top of the line, I can't say enough good things about them. I will ALWAYS recommend them for anyone moving away or anyone who needs help moving and rearranging heavy furniture and wall art. I'm booking them for next week to properly wire and hang that heavy mirror, take down a non-working ceiling fan and replace it and mount other artwork. I have found my ideal home decor company!!!!! They also gave me the BEST price of all!!!!!! Please call me if you're considering a move, I'd be glad to tell you all about Greenlite!

Great! Couldn't have asked for better service. They were courteous, fast, friendly, and professional! Everything was handled with care and they asked how we wanted our rooms set up. I would recommend to anyone looking to move. Not sure how much we paid since we went through Angie's List, but whatever the cost, it was worth it!

You might think this Angie's List deal with Greenlite Movers is too good to be true. Three hours for about $200? Yeah, I was skeptical, too. We were merging two households, and my roommate found the Angie's deal and booked it. We needed to move some of my stuff and all of her stuff. They made it happen and were consummate professionals. hen came my moving day, and it was not ideal for the company, but Steven worked wonders and even had the same two gentlemen work with me. And I do mean gentlemen. Ladies, if you're weirded out by strange men in your house, you have absolutely nothing to fear here. Chad and Ryan were professional, polite, considerate, kind ... they almost felt like family except they wouldn't yell at you if you asked them to do something. And in case this sounds too glowing to be real, I'm not a family member of the business or any of its employees. It was a big job. I have "stuff." All day. Did Chad and Ryan take frequent breaks, move slowly, chat or talk on the phone? No. They worked their butts off, so much so that I begged them to take a break because they were working so hard that I felt guilty. Really. In short (or long, I guess) I would recommend Greenlite Movers to anyone who asks, and even those who don't. There is not one thing I can fault this company on or criticize. From the moment I called, they took care of my needs and so much more. I sincerely hope I don't move again for a while, but if I do, this will be my first call. Absolutely the best moving experience I have ever had. I have moved 20+ times as a military kid and a military member. These gentlemen provided excellent service within 24 hours of being called. I can not recommend this company high enough. Do not hesitate to use Greenlite Movers!
