Greenlite Movers

The movers were on time and very hard working. They padded furniture where needed and were very professional and careful. They went the extra mile to communicate during the move where we wanted our things placed. They allowed us to schedule at last minute which we really appreciated. They encouraged a walk through at the end which was helpful. I highly recommend this company.

This is the second time that I have used Greenlite Movers for my home move and would definitely use them again. I purchased the 'Angie's Deal' and was contacted immediately by Steve to set up the date and time. We discussed the fact that we would be moving to a 3rd floor location and additional time would be required and he quoted me the hourly cost over the 3 hour deal time. Steve contacted me again prior to the move to verify the time the team would be there. They arrived on time as planned and immediately got to work. They made sure all the furniture was wrapped and handled with care. They got all our belongings loaded on the truck and arrived at our new location. Everything was unloaded and brought into our new place. The 'guys' made sure that everything was where we wanted it in each room, that we were happy with the placement of items and we reviewed everything to ensure there was no damage. They did an amazing job in the hot, muggy weather and despite 2 rain showers our items arrived clean and dry. Don't hesitate to contact them for your moving needs!

Very impressed with how they coveres the door ways and floors. They worked hard and nothing broken or missing. These guys are the best movers I have every used.

These guys were awesome! They showed up on time and worked non-stop in the 90 degree weather to move my furniture and household goods. They were very pleasant and accommodating and very careful with my belongings. I would highly recommend them.

We can?t say enough about Steven, the owner of Greenlite Movers. He was very responsive and patient through the whole process. We initially scheduled with Steven well in advance but we had to change our move date twice due to our house closing being changed. Steven was very accommodating to work with us on scheduling around our needs and his availability. On move day, the crew showed up on time, the men were very fast but diligent and extremely professional throughout our move. They found efficient solutions to our packing problems, although most things were boxed, we still had a miscellaneous room that needed packed and moved. They made sure everything made it to the new house unbroken. Furniture was wrapped and secured in the truck so it all made it without a scratch. On that note, I have to add this detail; we had three boxes in our house that contained precious collectables that we used bubble padded boxes to pack ourselves and used extra bubble to wrap each piece. We specifically informed the crew of how valuable these three boxes were when they did the initial walk through and all three were labeled boldly ?FRAGILE?. We trusted that the crew would take extra precaution with these boxes. During the unloading at our new house, I happened to walk in to the garage and saw the men inside the truck, unwrapping our entertainment center and while doing so, they pulled these three boxes out from inside of the cabinets of our entertainment center!! We can?t express how much that meant to us! This is the third moving service we?ve used in the bay area, to say the least, the two other companies don?t even come close to comparing to Steven and his men. We wish we would have found Greenlite Movers two moves ago. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Greenlite Movers (as I already have to numerous people) and wouldn?t hesitate contacting them if I ever need their services personally again in the future!

Our three-man team was very punctual in arrival, and very diligent in their work throughout the one-day move. I made some special demands regarding taking out most of the drawers full of clothes, etc., and moving them separately from the furniture frames. I also had a LOT of glass furniture protectors. The team indulged all my special requests. I waited a few days before writing this review to make sure that I didn't discover any breakage after the fact. I must say that nothing was broken, or even scratched that I can see. The only constructive criticism that I would have, and it is very minor, is that the movers unwrap the bubble wrap from the upholstered furniture inside the new destination/home, rather than on the truck. This would prevent getting light-colored upholstery from getting dirty from hand prints,

I would highly recommend this company. They were punctual, friendly, polite, professional, and extremely careful with our things. We were given a quote for a two-man crew. Three men showed up, but they still only charged us for two men. They did a great job. We're hoping never to move again, but if we do, we'll contact this company for sure.

Green lite movers are the best movers by far. They helped me in Feb this year after my father passed away and when I called them on very short notice to move things from my storage unit to an apartment they were extremely accomodating. I highly recommend green lite and will use them again. Great price, great professional movers who care about your belongings. The are the best.

I originally bout the $199 special for two movers for three hours. The owner gave me a call and suggested another mover due to having stairs on both of my residences. It came to $20 per hour for the 3rd mover. They arrived on time, and were quick and courteous. One of the movers even tightened up the screws on my desk, and offered to help me with putting up a heavy mirror after my three hours was up. Very happy with my service. Definitely would recommend Greenlite to anyone looking for a local mover.

We were very pleased with our experience with Greenlite Movers. To our surprise, the crew arrived with an additional mover, which they provided at no additional charge. They were very punctual upon arrival and even arrived slightly ahead of scheduled start time! Of the three movers provided to us, Brian really stood out, as he was an incredibly hard worker and very motivated to get the job completed in the quickest amount of time. This was much appreciated. The entire move was completed in just over the 3-hr mark, but we were happy to pay the additional amount. All in all, this company was very professional, the service was exceptional, and our belongings were handled with care. The only negative remark I have is that they had forgotten to bring hanging clothes racks, which we had requested ahead of time. This however, turned out to be a very minor drawback, as they found alternative ways to move our clothing. Again, a very good experience overall - I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again!

This is the second time I have used Greenlite Movers. Just like the first time they did a great job. Steven is wonderful to work with. Not only did he help us move but also gave some pointers on maintaining our new home. Would defintely go with them if I were to ever move again. Thanks for all that you do !

The Greenlite movers where very courteous and friendly and careful with our furniture. All items were padded and well secured in the truck and arrived with no damage. Once at destination they help move other heavy items inside home. All in all a good experience. I would use them again.

Unfortunately the piece of furniture would not transend the elevators nor the stair wells. Steven, the owner has offered other suggestions that may be viable and worth a try. Thank you, Steven!0 Gulf Blvard

It went extremely good. We gave a review late last year which was very positive. We used them again because of the prior experience. This experience was just as good. Highly recommend these guys!!!

I was sent a confirmation for date and time, and told the day before my scheduled day that they could not do it on the confirmed date. And for no reason and they could not do it at any time on said date. Just a no. Terrible customer service I was lied to.

Greenlite Movers were fantastic in moving us today. We paid for a 3-person crew for 3 hours. We only wanted them to move our heavy stuff, such as furniture, refrigerator and safe. They did it in just over 3 hours. They stayed within our budget, got our furniture here safely and made great suggestions as to where to place some of our furniture. They made our move so much easier. I would definitely hire them again.

They showed up right on time and instantly got to work, this is the third moving service I've used since living in the bay area and those two other companies don't even come close to respecting your stuff on the level these guys do. They put padding around the entry way, used long floor mats for the areas they would be moving stuff throughout the house and wrapped everything in thick padded blankets with rubber bands to strap it all down and keep it in place. They took apart my bed and reassembled it perfectly in my new home, and any other pieces that had to be taken apart all the screws / pieces where carefully wrapped up and labeled. Not a single item was damaged in either of the house and nothing was broken during the move. They also got done faster then I expected, didn't even take a break in the 4.5 hours it took from start to finish. I will be using them the next time I move and already recommended them to a few friends who asked how the move went.

Greenlite Movers was great. They arrived on time, were extremely helpful and professional and made the move effortless for us. They worked efficiently and provided assistance for items we had not packed well enough for moving. I would highly recommend Greenlite to anyone needing the services of a moving company. We had set a time for Green light Movers to help with a move, but unfortunately they had a death in the family (June 1) and couldn't perform the job on the day we needed them. When they called to inform me that they had to cancel, I told them that family matters were more important and not to be concerned about the refund until life got back to normal. Debbie (one of the owners I believe) text the following to me a couple of days ago: "Russ, this is Debbie from Green light Movers. I just checked to see with Angie's as to why your Deal has not been refunded. They said they have a new policy regarding refunds and that the Angie's member can only request the refund. Can you call Angie's and request your refund? I don't want it to get forgotten. Thanks again for your understanding." I will most definitely call Green light Movers next time I need moving services! Once again in my short time as a member of Angie's List, I am impressed with the integrity of the people/businesses I have had the honor to discover in your listings. I called Greenlite for this move after reading all the positive reviews and they were right on. Stephen was very prompt in returning my call and providing the information needed. I purchased the 3 men, 3 hour deal but it take another hour and not because they were slow. The movers- Ryan, Brian & Wesley called to let me know they were on their way and were very methodical in their packing procedures taking great care of my possessions. They were very careful at the other end carrying all the furniture watching out not to damage the walls or carpet. It was worry free for me. Stephen (the owner) even called me afterwards to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend Greenlite Movers and would use them again without hesitation.
