The guys showed up on time fully equipped and prepared to begin loading the truck. They were professional, polite, respectful of us and our belongings, and worked quickly and efficiently. Even though we were ready with everything packed, it became clear that the originally agreed upon 2 man team for 3 hours was not going to be adequate. They quickly arranged for a 3rd guy. Upon arrival at the new house, the weather turned ugly and the rest of the move, which required a 2nd trip after unloading the first truckload, was accomplished in monsoon-like conditions. Despite the near impossible conditions, they pressed on, taking care to protect our stuff from the torrential rain while getting soaked themselves. They had to stop at times to prevent injury due to slipping on the rain-slicked ramp, but they never stopped for long. The last items were brought into the house 10 hours after starting. They remained pleasant and helpful and went above and beyond to help us all day long. They even gave us a discount off the final cost due to the length of time it took, even though the weather was not in their control. At some point during the movement of large items through our kitchen, our new Samsung frig sustained a significant dent in the door. The team lead photographed the damage immediately and didn't hesitate to take responsibility. He assured us the owner would "take care of it" and he called the owner to report the damage on the spot. 2 days later the owner called us and opened a dialog on how best to resolve the issue; a couple weeks later, at our convenience, they came to our home with a brand new Samsung frig door and replaced the damaged door. We were initially concerned that we would be left to absorb the cost of replacement ourselves, so we were pleasantly surprised and impressed with the hassle-free approach to taking care of it for us as promised. We would absolutely use them again (although we hope we don't need to!) and will happily recommend them to any friends who need help with a local move.

It went very well. They are true professionals. Very courteous to the wife and I. Put things where she wanted. Blanketed everything that needed wrapped. Would very much recommend Greenlite Movers to friends.

these guys were terrific - no item too small or too big

The scheduling and timing of my move was rather complex and uncertain. Steve graciously accommodated me, and his 3-man crew was exceptional. On-time, polite, careful, and FAST. I needed a fast move that day and they completely exceeded my high expectations. Don't even bother to call anyone else, these guys are who you want moving your stuff.

Once again they were very polite and extremely efficient. They had my entire household moved from the storage unit into my new home in less than 4 hours.

They were very responsive in getting back with me regarding scheduling, however, they were not able to accomodate the dates that I needed.

I needed movers to move my belongings twice: first into storage, then a week later into my home. I was mentally prepared for a lot of accidents and broken dishes. These guys didn't break anything! They protected all the furniture before moving it. They were careful about how the truck was loaded. They were personable and professional. I am a woman who is often in a wheelchair; I never felt threatened or funny about hanging out with them while they worked. They were good guys. It was hot and I was not prepared for how long it would take, so I was cranky. They responded to my concerns immediately and put me at ease. When I saw the condition of all my things after being moved twice, I was very impressed. Advice to coupon users: There is a generous coupon currently avail via Angie's List that I used. I would recommend that you get an estimate on your individual home in addition to using the coupon. I purchased an Angie Coupon and I just let it ride from there for an hourly cost without asking any questions and without having them come in and look at the place first. They would have done that if I asked them but I was busy and I let it slide. That was dumb, I should have gotten the whole picture before doing the move. I would have still used these guys, I just would have been less cranky. Not their fault. These are good guys; the piano, antiques, electronics and even the particleboard furniture arrived in perfect condition. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I was VERY pleased with this company and the 3 men that moved me. They called when they were on their way. I really felt bad because it was raining. They were fast,efficient, polite,courteous. They took extra care moving furniture and making sure nothing got wet or soaked in the rain. At new address they put runners down on the floor for protection. These guys were the greatest. Sorry I don't have their names. I will use this company again if I ever move again. This company is fantastic. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Great communication with Steve the owner getting everything set up with details so everything went great. Really can't say enough good about this company.

They only additional cost was the $40 fuel charge. The movers were very quick and very professional. They took care of all the furniture and wrapped everything. They did a very good job organizing my storage. The scheduling was good.

When greenlight movers arrived they greeted me kindly, they went over the application process with me viewed my furniture and started to get to work right away, they inspected my furniture and went over any scratches or Knicks that the furniture had previously to them moving it, I live on the third floor they did not complain once of the flights of steps that they had to take the heavy furniture down to the moving truck, I asked them if they would like bottled water but they replied they come prepared and have their jugs of water, they were there to work and get the job done I was extremely amazed and delighted to have two great guys, I would recommend greenlight movers to my family friends and colleagues, thank you greenlight movers for making my experience a non-stressful one.

Absolutely terrific! Brian, Eric and Tim were most professional; they were extremely careful not to damage anything and continuously ensured I was satisfied. They reviewed what was to be moved at the start of the job and followed through to perfection. If moving services are ever needed in the future, I won't waste my time looking anywhere else...Greenlite it is!!!

. The move went well. They arrived on time and were very careful with our home furnishing. Steve, always kept us informed of what they were going to do and also checked to see how we thought things were going. They took time to cover all corners of the house so not to damage any walls. The move required disassemble and assembly of beds and other items and they were very careful and considerate. In addition, they removed an old washing machine and dryer in our new home and installed our new washer and dryer that they moved from our old house. The initial move took 5 hours and the large pod was unloaded in an hour. Before they left, Steve asked we check every room and let him know it everything was placed where we wanted it. Both jobs were done very professionally. Friendly, reasonable price, considerate and professional, can't beat that!.

They were very responsive and there were no troubles with scheduling. They were punctual to the appointment. The crew who came out was courteous and professional. The job took between seven to eight hours in total. There were additional charges of about $90 per hour and I felt that was reasonable for the crew that we had. They moved quickly for the service. Nothing was damaged in the moving. It was a good experience.

There was great communication from beginning to end. Very friendly and professional. Company gave advice to go with 3 man team instead of 2 and was just what we needed. Ended up cheaper in the long run. The movers worked with us to the time to meet for pickup and they pulled in right behind us. We did a walk through and they did the rest. Wrapped everything in blankets that needed to be. Took bed and dresser apart and then put it back together. They listened to what we wanted and was willing to pay and made it happen. They actually did it in the exact time we had estimated. We had left a couple hours cushion and they didn't use any of it. Didn't break often. Just what was needed. Transportation time was right on. Again pulled in right behind us. We again gave instructions and they did it. I was very impressed with this company. They are fair and honest. They take great pride in their work and in the care of the owners merchandise. Great insurance policy as well. Check them out. Can't go wrong.

Very well... Within the allocated slot of time

I was contacted promptly (same day I purchased the service) to set up the time and date of pick up. Both the movers were very polite and had a great sense of humor. I did not realize that I would have to specify that there would be packing involved but that did not phase them. They got down to business right away. I also had a large bed that needed dis-assembly and that it would be a pain to get it done. Next time instead of 2 movers I will request they send 3 movers to make it a little easier on them. I did accidentally pack the checkbook that had the money available to pay them correctly but they were very understanding about the mistake and took care of the problem without any fuss very quickly. I will definitely be using them again within the next few weeks.

Greenlite Movers deserves your business. They represent what is best about the use of social media and new technology in a traditional business. I contacted them because of their rating in Angie's List, but my job was really too small for them to handle economically. After politely explaining that to me and making a recommendation for someone else who might be able to do the job, the manager I talked to called me back and said he felt bad about not being able to help, after which he made me a very fair offer. The movers were polite, professional and punctual. They called twice to let me know an approximate time when they would arrive and then the more specific time they could be expected. They were careful, considerate and very professional. A pleasure to deal with and I will use them again when the need arises. You should too.

The guys that actually moved me were very professional, very personable and friendly. They were very efficient and conscious of time! The elevator at condo was broken when we arrived and the same two guys came back to finish the job the next day. They sat and waited with me until elevator was ready...and did not charge me for that time. They were committed to a successful move! They were awesome!! Nothing damaged. Best moving experience I have had in a very long time!

These guys were awesome!!! Money well spent for sure. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with their service and professionalism. These guys really worked hard and fast, and were super polite. They did not complain one time, and I had some big furniture items. I asked that they do their best to pack everything into the truck as strategically as possible to fit it all and avoid another unnecessary trip, and they did exactly that! There was not a single square inch in any part of the truck. They worked great as a team and it was obvious they were very experienced. They put covers on everything that went into the truck for the most part, and not a single item was damaged. There pricing was very straight forward and reasonable. On the day of the move one of the movers did not show, so the owner left the office to handle the job personally. When he had to leave Nick worked on by himself without a complaint, finished the load delivered and started the unload alone until help arrived. The entire move was handled professionally with extreme care handling every piece of furnuture, box and personal items being moved. For the cost and professional way Steve runs his operation I would use Greenlite Movers again and will recommend them to anyone. Keep up the good work Greenlite!

We were very pleased with the care they took with our belongings. Tim worked very hard along with his helper (forgot his name) in packing the truck. They were very professional and even took the time to repair a leg on one of our dressers before packing it into the truck. I would call them again if ever needed in the future!

We ended up closing early, they could not accommodate our schedule but they tried very to. Must go with someone else. Getting a refund.

It was great and they were excellent. They sent 3-4 people out to help with the move. The movers were very helpful. They scheduling was prompt, courteous, and it was all excellent.

Actually worked well. We were able to prepare a lot of units ahead of time and packed up what we could. The heavy units and workbenches were difficult but the guys wereo handle it with grace. able t
