Greenlite Movers

I used them four times. There were no additional costs. It took them just a couple of hours. There were no issues. They reassembled all my furniture too. There were two movers. It was for a two-bedroom apartment. That's the only moving company I'll use.

Tim and his crew very good. They worked extremely hard and were careful with my belongings. They worked almost twelve hours to get everything moved with minimal downtime.

It turned out good. They were on time. It was all good.

Tim and his team showed up on Saturday. Their schedule was pre-coordinated with me, and their mid-morning arrival worked well. Steve, the Greenlite Movers' owner, came to meet me and ensure that his team would do what I needed them to do. The team began packing their truck and worked steadily, two men carrying and one man loading the truck. They finished in a reasonable amount of time, especially given the number of boxes and small items that had to be carried. We had enough time to go to my storage unit and empty that, too--so that they had everything on their truck ready for the new apartment. It took us a bit longer to do everything than I expected, but there was so much more than I expected! The Greenlite Movers crew kept working steadily, working hard but not burning themselves out. I could not have asked for better workers. When we got to the new apartment and found that the floors weren't finished enough to have my stuff moved in, Tim stopped the clock and we figured out my options. His suggestions were sound, and he was able to locate a few things that I needed--that I put on the truck believing that I would have them off the truck that same day. He helped me while accommodating his other clients, and was willing to come and unload the truck on Sunday morning (which I felt REALLY BAD to have them do!). That was SO appreciated! Steve checked in with me after his team departed for the day to review what had happened and coordinate everything for the Sunday unloading. Tim and his crew showed up at the agreed-upon time and they began unloading the truck. Steve, Greenlite Movers' owner, also came and pitched in...they were able to complete the unloading in less time than expected, even though they had to deal with two flights of stairs. Because of the unexpected problems, the time and expense of this move could have soared. But Steve worked with me and found some discounts he could apply--saving me quite a bit over what a move of this size would normally cost. The resulting price was very helpful to me but also remained fair to his company. His team definitely earned their fee in both effort and professionalism, and I would recommend Greenlite Movers as highly to EVERYONE ELSE as they came recommended to me from a friend who, herself, heard about Greenlite Movers from Angie's List.

It went perfectly the movers were very efficient and did a tremendous job packing and taking care of the antiques that came out of my father's home! We appreciated their professionalism!

I had to change my moving date and they are not available that date.

These guys showed up on time and were a big help moving our mom into an independent living facilty. They were very accommodating. The process did take longer than expected and I can't tell you why since we were very well prepared when they showed up, but they were nonetheless very hard working and professional. We did note that one of the three was oftentimes not assisting, which could explain why it took a bit longer than we were quoted but we were just happy to have the move over and done. Again, they were there on time, listened and answered all our questions, and made the move easier for us. I would most definitely recommend them and use them again!

Awesome, awesome, awesome moving company! My husband and I were so impressed with how organized, efficient, and professional this crew is and how respectful they were of our "stuff." Communication and responsiveness was great and they really hussle to get your items moved where you want it while treating it with care. They would get an A++ rating if it was available. I needed to move about 10 pieces of furniture, some boxes, and a few other miscellaneous items from my old house to my new one (a trip of about 20 minutes). I saw a Big Deal for 2 men with a 26' truck for 3 hours of moving services and so I signed up for it. I was very pleased that I got a response the very next morning and was able to schedule the move for a few days later. I was given an arrival time on the morning of my move and they were there a few minutes before that time, The two men were very professional and quickly loaded all of my things on their truck. They took my 4 piece entertainment unit apart and carefully stored away the screws needed to reassemble it. I watched the time and had them load a few extra items I had lined up in the garage in case I could get them moved also during my 3 hour window. They moved all of the items to my new home where they reassembled the entertainment unit and leveled it on the floor. And, they completed all of this in slightly under 3 hours, so there was no additional charges for going over my 3 hour limit. All in all, I was extremely pleased with the whole process and the service I received. I was very happy that I could have a dialog about the move via e-mail as the logistics were being worked out. The only small comment I have is that I asked a couple of questions about whether certain things were included in the move or if I needed to take care of them myself and the response I got was that this was a full service move. While that term might mean something to the mover, I didn't know exactly what that meant, but since I wasn't told that these things were not going to be done, I assumed they would (and they were). A simple, "Yes, they are included" would have been better.

The movers were highly professional and took cautionary measures to make certain my furniture and home was not damaged. They were also hardworking which, when paying for a service by the hour, is important to the consumer. I will most definitely recommend them.

Well let me first say that these movers really do provide quality service. We had lots of furniture and fragile boxes that were moved without any issues. All of the movers were courteous and clean. They wrapped furniture and made sure that everything arrived without any damage. If i had to move again i would most certainly use this company again.

I put myself through college working for moving companies many years ago in Boston, so very familiar with skilled and unskilled movers. This crew was very professional and highly skilled while working fast and clean. Thats exactly what you want in a moving company. Period. One of my biggest concerns was a very high end pinball machine that no moving insurance could ever cover in the cost of replacement. These guys took exceptional care in wrapping and moving (to 2nd floor!) without any issue. Just as an example, when I bought the machine I paid North American van lines for special white glove service to transport the machine to my house. The fee just to move that pin was $500 but it showed up with twisted steel legs because they didnt properly balance their load against my machine.

The entire crew is professional in every aspect. Solved moving issue problems on the spot with no delays.

Original move was on 10-31-2014 and was done to my utmost satisfaction. I was so please by the service I called Steve Keblin again on 1-8-2015 to move a huge piece of furniture and again he and Greenlite met with all of my expectations. I would highly recommend this mover.

We didn’t realize what was actually covered in the deal and we ended up paying quite a bit more.

Erik, Nick and Everett from Greenlite movers were were excellent!!! they were courtesies, reliable, quick, cautious with my items and just fabulous!! I couldn't be happier with them and would recommend these wonderful men to move anyone I know. They completed my move within the three hour time limit including setting up my beds and putting fixing a couple dressers that screws had come out of through no fault of theres. These Erik, Nick and Everett from Greenlite movers have my strongest recommendation!

The lead mover was absolutely wonderful as was one of his helpers. Could not have been more positive and helpful. The only problem was that I found two items damaged after the move, and I wish I had been shown the damage rather than have to find it myself.

Could not have gone any better. Scheduling was fast and easy. The movers were very punctual, hard working, very fast, very considerate and careful with our furniture, polite and nice guys, professional, clean - awesome!

Overall went well. A couple issues but fixed right away

Things went well, however the job was under estimated on man power. I think they need to come out and look at situation before quoting a job. I had a lot of heavy pieces of furniture. Everyone was professional and did a great job.

Initial contact with Steven was timely and professional. He suggested what he thought would be the best option for the move as described to him. We touched base a few times prior to the date and he was always timely with responses to my email questions. Eric, Nick and Joe were our crew and they were great. Very polite and professional. Eric called the morning of the move to provide the ETA and they arrived within minutes of the prescribed time. They walked through the house with us to get a feel for what needed to be moved and what order we wanted things to be moved into the new place. They handled the last minute curve ball that they would have to move all our stuff up a pretty steep ramp in order to get to the elevator and were very positive about the situation. All our stuff was moved to the area we needed it to be. At the end they made sure to walk through to ensure everything was where we wanted it to be. I would recommend Greenlite Moving for sure!
